I bought a bottle of base refill dip number 2 from the vitamin dip brand. When I brought the dip back to the customer, it wasn't dry. I had to wait a long time and apply it several times to activate it. Wait until it was completely dry, but the dough wasn't hard enough to file. When filing, the dough peels off. I took it to the store owner and refused to change it, blaming this and that. He tried again and again and only got sixty-five dong$65 silver and they ripped it off like that. People who buy things here should pay attention and be careful because the owner of the store doesn't like the goods so I can exchange them and they won't let me exchange them. It's like they sell them and they take the money and they don't take responsibility. They ask me to call the company. What a shop with cheap manners. When I bought it, I paid and laughed. When the product cannot be used, or it may be past its expiration date, when you return it for exchange, they will tell you to call the company and they will not exchange it. .It's true that the restaurant owner said it very arrogantly, only $65

don't recommend going here. Good for you if you have license. The problem are the employees. Entering the store, they watched who came in and they don't even bother to greet the customers. It's not too hard for them to be rude, but hard to say "hi", "hello" or "good morning." Embarrassing. They even kicked us out in unprofessional way. It was my fault for not seeing the sign. The sign is of only licensed.

Stopped by this place to grab some supplies. My favorite nail salon raised dip manicures from $40 to $55. I was impressed by the selection at this store. Lots of supplies for doing nails. I wished I had more time to spend but I had hot pizza and cold beer in my car. Supply wise this place is legit. They have everything that you can think of. It was kinda crowded so I had to knock a star. I actually tripped over a box of supplies in the middle of the aisle. I would say this supply store is for nail shops not your average consumer. The price was right....but I had to ask a worker every time I wanted to know the price. Nothing was labeled. Therefore they could have a little fun on the prices if they wanted too. Anyway I thought the prices were fair. For instance $6 for DND nail powder. I paid 40 cent per glue. The price for the bond, base, activator and top coat was $4.00 a bottle. Out the door, I spent $46 including tax. Likely 20 dip manicures in 4 different colors. I would come back here...prices were fair and so many choices. They also had lashes, makeup and bulk pedicure supplies.

Now i know why people not shopping at this quiet nails supplies, i used to spent so much money to this store, last time i bought a drill machine but that machine didn’t works well so i brought it to return and exchange to something els but the owner said she couldn’t do it she told me ( you have to bring you whole machine to try in front of her let see how it works ) and i told her you have everything here why can’t you try it now ? But she just didn’t want to test it and denied to take the return, so i won’t be back and spend even a dollar to this f**cking place anymore. Keep away from this store !!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I purchased a liquid monomer and the first ingredient was methyl-methacrylate. MMA, MMA is ILLEGAL to sell or use on any clients. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. I am reporting you to the state board. This could have seriously damaged my clients nails, MMA is illegal to sell to anybody.

This place used to be open for the public but then you had to have a cosmetology license to purchase. They sell in bulk and to salon owners. This is not a new concept especially in Chicago and this is their choice to do so. If you do not like that they changed their policy, then boo hoo! The staff is always pleasant and helpful so I guess people are lying because they they got "kicked out." Stop leaving bad reviews because policy changed. It is very rude to do so. Don't be petty. Salon owners and cosmetologists, they have a huge selection of nail polishes and supplies at amazing prices! Don't let these lying reviews hold you from coming here. They are very professional as long as you are professional!
