Discovered this gem a couple months ago. So much better than shipping packages at the post office, UPS Store, or FedEx office. They move through customers very quickly so you aren't waiting in a line for a half hour like the other establishments I mentioned above. Also, the customer service is top notch. Highly recommend supporting this small business with all your shipping needs.

I was thoroughly impressed by the young lady at the Lock Box. There was only one person besides me there. This was my first time, and I was asking what I needed to do. I started filling out the forms, and about 5 or 6 other people came in. She multi tasked beautifully. She was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I applaud her and when I have packages to send again, I will go there.

Our business has had a mailbox at Chicago Lockbox for a few years. One location to drop off and collect mail/shipments as well as buy a box, envelope, etc is a great time saver. They also have a fax machine (for sending IRS documents, etc). Copy and notary services are a great bonus. I love this place.

The ladies in here always help me! I never go to main stream post offices anymore because they make sure that I get the best price. A lady in there made me a box so that my item would fit inside better and in return I would be charged much less. They are the best!

Have always shipped from here with the greatest of ease. Had to file my first ever claim for a damaged package today and it took less than 2 minutes. Very professional and extremely nice people. I believe it was Patti who helped me. I apologize if I forgot so soon. I suffer from old timers once in a while. Highly recommend Chicago Lock Box.
