This place likes to hire undocumented workers, and threatens to call immigration to not pay them after 2 weeks of work. I know 2 people they have done this too. Avoid this place at all cost!!!

Just left after having been to Chicago hand car wash for the first time and was very satisfied. Enter in off the alley off Wellington and there are signs guiding you, so it's really easy. The staff is very nice and are not pushy about selling add ons. There was no line on a sunny Friday morning and the wait time was about what you'd expect for a good hand wash and interior vacuum etc. Didn't really keep track but would guess about 20 minutes or so. Prices are reasonable if not cheaper than most the surrounding hand car washes around. I recently purchased a Black Tesla which like any black car is hard to clean and keep clean. So I have been to few other hand washes and a lot of the other area places tend to rush through the drying and often leave water spots and streaks. Not the guys over at Jose's place. They got all the places where water collects and streaks out after you pull away like mirrors, door sills and trunk. I really appreciate not having to pull off somewhere afterwards and remove the water spots and streaks. Great place, great people and grab the punch card for a free wash after 7 washes.

It took over an hour (with only three cars ahead of mine) - which if it was perfect I wouldn’t be upset but the pictures speak volumes. Spent $35 and I’m gonna have to redo the inside myself.

This was my first time at a hand car wash.i just took it to get the salt off the body of the car which was very heavy on the car ..the guys sprayed the car with water first waited a while then they sprayed it with lots of soap foam and scrubed it very good. the men did a great job ...it's a good place to take it when it's winter .the guys took they tine washing the cars before it was my turn whixh is good..I did the basic package soap and water $15 ..they got other packages but I don't care for it.

Misleading prices. They take advantage. The price for the regular carwash are not posted ANYWHERE. You see signs for “Early bird special both outside and inside but nowhere can you find the regular prices. Came in expecting to pay 13.99 ended up paying 27.99. The owner definitely took advantage considering they were VERY slow. Do NOT recommend. Go elsewhere. You’re better off going to the gas station ? AND this is why people don’t support Chicago establishments and rather go to the suburbs.

Fast service great job did not have time for a full detail with shampoo so opted for vip ceramic package great job very happy will go back for other services soon...including a full shampoo.
