I was recommended Chicago Discount Mattress by a coworker. I purchased a Satvaa queen and a king mattress. Mike provided excellent service, Despite my last-minute request, he promptly delivered both mattresses the following morning. Both mattresses were in excellent condition, though the queen had a few minor scuffs on the side. This wasn't a concern for me as my bedding easily covers it. Additionally, the mattresses were a steal compared to paying full price! After a few weeks, I can say I'm enjoying quality sleep and no longer waking up with shoulder pain. Highly satisfied with my purchase! I will definitely recommend to my friends & family!

I just want to give a shout out to Michael who came through for me in all the ways! I just moved from out of state and my king bedroom set didn’t for my new apartment bedroom and I sold it much quicker than expected, leaving me with nothing. After looking for a mattress in a few stores, I found CDM online. Michael was very responsive via phone and text and gave he a few options, important to note he was not pushy AND it was his priority to make sure I got a quality mattress with amazing savings….and I wouldn’t have to sleep on my couch.Michael delivered my brand new mattress at 8:45pm at the end of his delivery route on a 100 degree day. This is the kind of customer service that is lacking these days, thank you!!!

Unbelievable service!!! Totally saved the day! Spent 1/2 a day looking for a full box spring with my daughter - googled box frame and chicago discount mattress cam up - called them and they delivered the mattress within a few hours:)

Very happy with Chicago Discount Mattress. After a Macy's mattress was delayed, we turned to Chicago Discount Mattresses which had a number of high quality options. We chose Saatva after going to the Saatva store to try out the mattress. Delivery was within an hour of purchasing. The mattress is new and as described.

I was weary of buying a mattress online but when I met the owner (who delivered the mattress) it became clear that he operates with integrity and takes great pride in his products and service. This particular mattress was for a client (I am a realtor) but moving forward I will be recommending this company to anyone who needs a mattress. You get wholesale prices on quality, name brand mattresses with service and care that is far superior to what you find at most of the high-end store front mattress stores. He provided a 2 hour delivery window, offered same day delivery and arrived on time to the minute. He assembled the frame and mattress. The mattress has a retail value twice as much as what my client paid. We are highly satisfied with this company and service.

This place is legit! We had a horrible mattress and woke up one day not being able to deal anymore. A few texts with Mike and the same day he was at our door with an amazing mattress and super friendly demeanor. He was honest with us and very hard working. Support a local business and buy your mattress here! I highly recommend.

Mr Mike helped us with a mattress delivery and the removal of 2 old mattresses. Mike was very helpful and prompt. We bought a medium firm mattress on Mike's suggestion. We've been sleeping on the mattress for 5 weeks and it is very comfortable, and we've had no aches or pains. Thanks Mr Mike!

Very poor service they delivered queen mattress and boxspring with a full size rail told me I had to pay additional monies for correct size. Then said they only refunded through cash app when I paid cash

I just moved to Chicago and needed a mattress asap. I was recommended by a friend who got his mattress from here and they did not disappoint. I texted their number telling them my price range and what kind of mattress I wanted. They were quick to respond, informative and very courteous. Hi. Mike and Chicago Discount Mattress are a hidden gem in the Chicago Area. Mike give cash-out pricing without any bs or overhead. Unlike the "big box" stores. Mike will deliver the same day for no extra charge. His products are on par quality wise compared to the name brand stores. I was hesitant at first but Mike made my process of getting a new, heavy duty box spring easier than going to the grocery store. Give Mike @ Chicago Discount Mattress a shot. You wont regret it.

Just moved to Chicago from the scam capital (oh Miami..) and needed a bed without those damn coils. After seeing what the typical Matress stores had for me, insane prices and the turn around time for a bed set to get dropped off in the front of my building I decided to do some digging. Who wants a headache? Me? Haha... nooooope... These cats are legit and have integrity. I got same day delivery, didn't have to lift a finger to get it in my apartment and a waaaay better deal than what I ordered... I saved 1,200 on just the bed, got a better Matress than the one I originally ordered-they honored my quote. Tonight I'll be sleeping on a slice of heaven without sticking to my hotass boyfriend's butt! Thank you CDM, heaven sent. I'll be referring you, this is how you do business to retain customers.
