Don’t do business here. They ruined 3 dress shirts with the exact same stain along the length of the left sleeve. They offered to try to remove the stain but then couldn’t. They charged me for the follow-up service after denying it was their fault and getting argumentative. I paid and didn’t even ask them to reimburse for the 3 shirts they ruined because it’s a small family business but won’t be going back.

I had never been here and brought two pairs of shoes based on Yelp reviews. The women at the counter was friendly and give me good suggestions regarding one pair. The work took 5 days and when I picked up my shoes I was very satisfied. The prices are very fair and the work is excellent.

Horribly run business, dropped off 7 shirts on a Thursday and stressed the fact I needed these shirts back by Tuesday for a wedding. Came back on Tuesday at 3pm and only 3 of the 7 shirts were ready... then cam back AGAIN at 5:30pm and they did not have my shirts on site and could not get a hold of the service they had used to outsource my shirts. The owner then tried to give me someone else shirt to wear thinking that would solve my problem... DO NOT GO HERE

Horrible experience!! All I needed it just to change a zipper in my left boot, and after their “repair” I supposed to send them to the garbage!! Terrible quality, seemed like 5 years old kid did it . And after I complained and asked for the return they just blamed my shoes , that this is not real leather which is not true , they were not cheap !!! Please do dot go there !! This is just cheap repairs

I brought a dress in to be cleaned and they charged me for cleaning 2 dresses because there was lining attached to the dress. I will not be back here again.
