I bought a car which I love and I got a good payment always made my payment on time and traded it for a new one. I seen some reviews on here when I first bought my car and 9/10 are people who buy cars and never make their payments.

I called to inquire about a vehicle and were extremely rude. Lady who answers needs replaced cause she is making the dealer lose out on a lot of business… smh

NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE THEY SELL CARS THAT BREAK DOWN FIRST WEEK THEN THEY ARE FRIENDLY AT FIRST TO GET U TO BUY THE CAR THEN YOUR NOTHING U CANT EVEN CALL UP THERE IF U HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE CAR THEY ACT LIKE NO ONE IS IN THE OFFICE AND U GO THERE THEY ARE THERE THEY KNOW WAT THEY DOING THEN U TELL TGEM BOUT YOUR CAR THEY START HOLLERING AT U NOT THEY PROBLEM THE ASSISTANT AT TFE FRONT DESK BE LIEING FOR THEM PLEASE I REPEAT NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM NEVER EVER. This lot sold me a $8500 lemon with taxes this car costs over $10,000 a had problems the first week and complained to them about it even tried to give it back they kept reassuring me that I have fine car…. The transmission went out in less than 7 months of me owning the car and they had the nerve to tell me they’ll wait for my car note after I get the car fixed. I gave them $7000 cash and payed 5 notes before it broke down….. I’ve been trying to get intouch with Jay for over 6 months. They don’t care about you at all they talk to you any kind of way Suzie the receptionist who I thought was a nice person turned out to be just as bad as jay and his nephew…. Now she wants to put the car in collection because I’m demanding to talk to Jay… She obviously don’t know the deal Jay’s nephew tried to offer but ok…. Anyways RUN from this lot they are in the hood for a reason….TO GET OVER ON US… They have an inventory of high priced lemons and I would have known if I would have just read the reviews first….I don’t recommend this lot to anybody. Please people don’t become their next victim. And pay attention to the reviews this lot is in a urban neighborhood the neighborhood is Predominantly black and Latino don’t let the positive comments fool you those people don’t live around there…. It’s dead smack in the hood there isn’t a white face for miles…. Who do y’all think y’all fooling car connections.

Don’t Buy a car here sir or ma am.Literally I was one step away from sending bullet h*les threw this dealer ship after they sold me a bull$ht a$$ car that had problems the same week I got it. What really got me is that they don’t want to help you with $ht and they don’t even answer the phone for you after a while . I promise you better off walking where ever you trying to go before you ever step foot on that shtty a$$ lot its not worth the time and stress They take advantage of people’ here you will be upset

So I bought one truck from them several years ago it was 16k. I get antsy about paying more then 10k at a time for anything and they let me split it overall it was a pleasant experience. I went in November to buy another truck, completely different I wanted to finance because I have pretty much no credit. The owner got me 24% interest with 15k down and we would only tell the finance company it was 10k down and he would arrange it in the price like I said I’m iffy when I buy something for more then 10k in cash. Left over all happy then I paid 1k a month thinking I’m paying off 15k plus 24% interest and decided it’s been 6 months ima just pay it off. After a long discussion with my finance company I found out my pay off was just over 19k because on top of the interest there was a 10k finance fee, but then I said how is it 19k still to pay off completely heres the math. The truck was 29,900 I put 15,000 down, that makes it 14,900 for my loan instead he put in the system 10k and didn’t adjust the price for the 5k left over stuck that in his pocket said nothing about the 10k surcharge, dosent call back can’t get past his secretary or screener and apparently got Covid the first few months I tried to call and now she dosent know when he will be in the office. How’s that for convenience.? anyway I like to think I’m a good customer, but I am not the kinda guy you steal from.

Got xts last year some one took out air suspension and put cheap shocks on it that fell apart and had to spend $1475 to fix.

I had to give at least 1 star for this review otherwise they would have received negative stars from me. I have bought over 40 new and used cars from various dealerships. This is by far, the worst dealership experience of my life. The vehicle I purchased had water leaking in the interior (for years probably) amongst a plethora of other problems. On my way home I found the carpet was soaked and ultimately everything under it was rusted and corroded. This dealership knew about it all and sold the car just like that anyway. When I called to let them know the issues, they told me they would do nothing about it because the engine and transmission were working. Unfortunately (for me), I didn't buy and engine and transmission... I bought a car. They didn't see it that way and was told that it was my problem. The water in the vehicle was caused by all the factory roof lights leaking. I had to pay thousands of dollars to have the leaks fixed, mold and mildew ridden carpets removed/replaced, rust removed/repaired, replace rusted/corroded parts, etc...Some of the parts I can't even get because they are no longer being made. In the end, I bought a health/safety risk (that they were most certainly aware of) and now the vehicle has electrical issues. This was a 20K vehicle and they could care less!!!! Their business practices are borderline nefarious and their customer service is deplorable. Stay away...what seemed like a good deal turned out to be the worst one.
