I recently contacted Chicago Auto Sales regarding a vehicle on their lot. Josh promptly responded and offered assistance. He was quick in replying to my text messages and my requests for more information about the vehicle I was eyeing. Despite not making a purchase due to the car not meeting all my criteria, Josh remained professional and attentive throughout my decision-making process.
