I have brought my vehicle to Chicago Auto Recon Body Shop on two separate occasions. The owner and staff go above and beyond to help their customers and ensure great customer service. Their attention to detail is unmatched! I am very satisfied with the quality of service and work they have done on my vehicle. I will definitely never return to them, terrible service, the receptionist, an arrogant, rude person, they never answer the phone, they try to charge the insurance company more than they owe to the point that your insurance will deny the claim, the unacceptable work, almost 4 months for them to finish my car for minimal damage the only good thing it has is the way they entangle you with their meaningless explanations The excuse they give you is that they are waiting for spare parts for your car

Excellent customer service! Magda promised that my car would be ready in 3 days, and 3 days later I received the car back, looking better than it looked before the accident. I highly recommend Chicago Auto Recon to anyone looking for a professional body shop.

Very pleased with the service that was done to repair my front bumper and fender. Magda was straight forward with the process and timeline and the deadline was met. Magda was very helpful and responsive whenever I had questions. My car looks as good as new! I’m a satisfied customer!

Got a quarter panel replaced on my car and they did an amazing job! Magda and Tony were great to work with, were very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process. Even though it took a long time (thanks to my insurance company), after finishing the work, Chicago Auto Recon cleaned inside and out and even replaced another part free of charge. I only ended up paying my deductible in the end. Would recommend this shop to anyone, but if you have Progressive, it could take a while!

Avoid this place at all costs, there are auto shops who are actually pleasant. This place was irritating to work with due to their customer service which they will blame you for being bad at their service and mostly for their “ work” which work was never done after the car was released. Save the trouble and go to another body shop who is honest about their work and actually does the work.

The owner Tony loves to yell in your face. Probably how he yells to his workers Very rude. They try to get more money out of you. On the inside they have prices but on ur invoice it’s something else. Very wrong way to run a business. Don’t take your car here takes about 5 months to get one little thing fixed
