Had a extremely great experience with Chicago 24 Hour Towing. They were very affordable and they were there within 20 minutes to tow my vehicle from Chicago to Elgin

Had a meeting at noon today and was parking my car at 11:45. I hit the curb to hard and punctured my tire. I called Chicago 24 hour towing right away to get a tire change. As I could not take the time to do it. They picked up and assigned a driver to me and said they would be there in 45 minutes. Which is when my meeting would end, as I had another right after and a full day. They stayed in touch with me and showed up early. Here comes Christian!! Made no excuses to try and tow it. Listened to what I needed done. Why I was in a hurry and moved quick. From when I showed up to paying for it was 30 minutes. Unreal. Literally besides being free. They could not have done better. I might pop my tire again just to hang out with Christian!! This number is in my phone permanently. Thank you for saving my day.

Man, talk about great service! When I called, the dispatcher was extremely hospitable and got me a tow in under an hour! Once Christian got to me, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend these guys if you’re looking for smooth, quality, and kind service. Thank you guys!

I was stranded on Touhy Ave. I called them, and a driver called me within 5 mins. He was out to my car was in a little over 10 mins. Chris D., my tow driver, hooked the car up, and we were out of there immediately. The time was stressful, but the rapid response of the company ease my anxiousness.

Robert and Chicago 24 hour towing are amazing. My battery died in the middle of nowhere and I figured my day was shot. I was back on the road in less than an hour. Quick, painless and reasonably priced. This is maybe the 3rd review Ive written in my entire life, I was so satisfied that I had to write something.
