Pretty simple to use the ATM after hours, but I am always uncomfortable when I have to use my ATM to gain entry. I know it's for your protection while you're getting your money, but your inside clear glass. If someone wants to assault you and take your money, they will see where you put it anyway.

I can't speak about the customer service because I only used the ATM but I was glad that I was able to find this location and get done what I needed to without any problems. As always folks... Enjoy!!!

I live in the neighborhood and bank here. Unfortunately, this branch is a TERRIBLE neighbor. Both the side and front flower beds are full of stagnant water, and an eyesore to everyone coming into the city on Ohio, and on Dearborn. If they aren't responsible, they need to find the landlord. This is a disgrace to River North
