It's a rubbish bank and the staff is incompetent. I don't recommend it to anyone. I came twice to make an appointment and when I arrived they said they didn't have anyone to help me.

The staff here is a joke ,not to mention how rude they are over the phone. If you want a company that’s unfamiliar with their own policies and will cost you hundreds of dollars due to mistakes on their end this is the place for you.

This is the closes chase to my house but the customer service it's horrible. I stop coming here because of the way I was treated before and I thought they have improved in the customer experience but I guess not. Rather drive to the one on pulaski and 45 or archer and kedzie and it's sad because this one it's just around the corner of were I live

Only 2 bank representative work here if you are coming to this place make sure that u have meter money cause they take 1 hour or more to get seen by one. I recommend to go to the one on archer and kedzie for faster service.
