Drive thru atms are always down. Cant access indoor atm does not scan any cards. Line was out of control

Poor customer service. I inquired about a specific service, and I left my information in order to be called back from a bank agent. However, they never called back. I believe first impressions are very valuable experiences, and people should take every single client/customer as a high value to the business.

The ATM inside the lobby is inaccessible to customers during non-business hours because when I insert my card with the chip inside the reader, the green light doesn’t work.
