The staff is nice but this is the SLOWEST Chase. Inside one day took 45 minutes to make a deposit with 6 people in front of me. The drive thru business line, takes about 10-30 minutes. Inside they don't even have a business line anymore. Put the ATMs on the side and bring back actual tellers to keep business moving. Some days the dive up is so backed up the lines are almost at the street

I've been banking with Chase in Chicago for years and have investments there. As time goes by, it's getting harder and harder to talk to anyone on the phonne, even to set up an appointment - they push you online to do everything and then there are a million choices to choose from. When I did get through on a phone, I got a recording they're with other clients and then push you online or to a generic 800 number. Time to make a serious change of banks to a smaller one. Chase is so large, they won't miss my accounts.

ATM in drive thru not working, ATM inside the bank is not working. How is it possible that there’s 4 machines and not one works. Very unprofessional, never been to a Chase like this. Usually great business but this location is the worst!!!

I just went to the bank to send a wireless to my country. The lady with blonde hair was not friendly at all. She was making face and question my money. She was like ok so you received a direct deposit?. It is not her business as long as I have the money in the account. First time that happened to me. I grabbed my card and went to another bank. I did not like her service at all.

Do not use their ATM here, was charged a Non-chase Atm fee when clearly I have a Chase card & an account with them.

1 bank teller and 1 banker on a Friday. Place is a joke, at least 30 people waiting to be served. Stay far away.

It was too bad if the bank clerk lies you. My business account is in the bank branch for years. Every time If nobody is available to do wire transfer, I left my phone number then I went back the bank in one minute(my office is too close the branch) when a clerk is available to call me for wire transfer. This morning when I got in the bank, a lady told me that every one is busy but I can wait for a while so I stayed there.....then one hour pasted. I told the lady, I can left my phone number and you can call me to come back if someone is available. She and the other clerk said 'we cannot call you to come back', 'we cannot tell you how long you need to wait'. She lied. It's the worst experience since I opened the first business account in a bank. No doubt, I will close my business account in the chase bank. And I'm not going to open any account in any chase bank branch in the future.

Worst customer service ever. Walked in and the guy in regular clothing (you wouldn't even know he was an employee) asked if we needed to see a teller. Told him, we wanted to open a joint account, and he said to have a seat in the waiting area and someone will be right with you. We waited 10 minutes and an middle aged Hispanic employee who wore glasses came over went around asking everyone what they needed in Spanish. When she was done helping the last guest, she was about to turn to us and ask us what we needed, she stopped because that same last guest asked her more questions to the point where she and the guest walked over to the atm. She didn't even acknowledge us or at least say I'll be right with you. When the lady didn't come back, a younger employee appeared and was greeting people at the door. She clearly saw us waiting by ourselves and never bothered to come over to check up on us. When NO ONE decided to acknowledge us for over 15-20 minutes, I finally went up to the younger greeter and asked her my questions. I had told her the guy just told us to sit down and she said he was just security. She was shocked that the other lady didn't even help us. I've gone to this location many times in the past but this time it felt like the worst experience ever. I also felt discriminated because we were the only Asians there. Everyone who was Hispanic was greeted and were attended to. Never coming back here again.

My fav chase location. Convenient and Fast drive thru lanes. Staff always friendly.
