ZERO STARS!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!!
I recently encountered a distressing issue at Chase Bank that has left me thoroughly dissatisfied with their services. While attempting to deposit cash into one of their ATMs, the machine unexpectedly malfunctioned, devouring my hard-earned money without a trace. Despite my immediate efforts to seek assistance from the on-site team, I was met with incompetence and indifference.
The ATM mishap was frustrating enough, but what truly compounded my frustration was the lack of support from Chase's staff. Instead of providing reassurance or a solution, they simply handed me a phone number to contact their support team. Little did I know, this would be the beginning of an arduous and fruitless journey.
Upon contacting the support team, I was informed that I would need to wait a staggering two weeks for any resolution to my predicament. Two weeks! This is an unacceptable timeframe for an issue that should have been swiftly addressed. It's as if Chase expects its customers to simply accept the loss of their funds without any urgency or accountability on their part.
In today's digital age, where banking should be convenient and reliable, Chase Bank's malfunctioning ATMs and lackluster customer support are simply inexcusable. As a customer who has entrusted them with my finances, I expect a level of service that reflects this trust. Sadly, Chase Bank has failed to meet even the most basic expectations.
I urge anyone considering banking with Chase to think twice before doing so. The risk of encountering similar issues and the subsequent lack of support is not worth the convenience they claim to offer. In the meantime, I will be exploring alternative banking options that prioritize customer satisfaction and reliability.

First they tell you that a person will serve you in 10 minutes and the wait becomes an hour ⏰ because they take appointments first so why don't they tell you to come back another day or make an appointment?the checkouts oooh long lines because there is only one person attending to only one open box!!!?and all for not having enough staff and for not having staff properly prepared neither professionally nor ethically because they do things that they themselves do not understand and they still ask you the stupid question ?why did they make such a transaction that is not It was like that!!!omg!!!?when they tell you that you wonder and I trust these people with my money!! And even more personal information!!!?and the worst thing is they don't want to be responsible for what they do, they just say it was in another Chase branch?it will be another branch but the name and the CHASE bank are the same or not!!?very bad service !!!??

The staff is nice but this is the SLOWEST Chase. Inside one day took 45 minutes to make a deposit with 6 people in front of me. The drive thru business line, takes about 10-30 minutes. Inside they don't even have a business line anymore. Put the ATMs on the side and bring back actual tellers to keep business moving. Some days the dive up is so backed up the lines are almost at the street

I've been banking with Chase in Chicago for years and have investments there. As time goes by, it's getting harder and harder to talk to anyone on the phonne, even to set up an appointment - they push you online to do everything and then there are a million choices to choose from. When I did get through on a phone, I got a recording they're with other clients and then push you online or to a generic 800 number. Time to make a serious change of banks to a smaller one. Chase is so large, they won't miss my accounts.

ATM in drive thru not working, ATM inside the bank is not working. How is it possible that there’s 4 machines and not one works. Very unprofessional, never been to a Chase like this. Usually great business but this location is the worst!!!

I simply wanted a checking account for my husband, I arrived to chase and a banker helped me by asking my info to get started when a representative is available, asked how long it would take as it's a walk in, I see 3 bankers at their desk assisting customers, Saying it's going to take 40-45 min I decided to wait, time was going by and looked at my watch as I been waiting since 3pm and right now it is 10 minutes before 5pm (their closing time). I walked toward the banker to ask how much longer as it was literally 4:48pm and she was like we don't know I can't say, the other two bankers were sitting down and left and was down to 1 lady. Don't waste my time or my husband's VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO NOT UPDATE THEIR CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 2 hours. Even the manager told us “I saw you guys but I felt bad nobody helped you guys. Come on!! a manager doesn't become a manager just because. One has worked very hard to get that position! She could have easily helped us but decided not to. I had my old bank which is from another state it was busy that the manager herself helped me. I don't understand why you try to dress all nice just to be standing or be decisive on a decision? At least help their clients to an extent not just leave them there!
The one who has the title of manager ??? doesn't know how to work and even less knows how to manage a bank. I did tell him that because we had to wait two hours when they had told me to wait 45 minutes. Did you think I wasn't going to count time? There was another man there and he was alone in the back hiding in his office. There was an employee just welcoming customers but she was also a banker. Nobody made an effort to help us. Purely lazy and inept. And it was already 5pm so I asked him separately when were they going to serve us? He said he didn't know! But it seems ridiculous to me because she herself is the one who knows how to create an account, help or assist, not just being proud and not being able to assist clients, she couldn't help us if she wanted to. Is it just luxury there?
Manager was not good at asking or helping to make an appointment or update us as we were.

I just went to the bank to send a wireless to my country. The lady with blonde hair was not friendly at all. She was making face and question my money. She was like ok so you received a direct deposit?. It is not her business as long as I have the money in the account. First time that happened to me. I grabbed my card and went to another bank. I did not like her service at all.
