Been banking with Chase for years. Never had this issue prior with atms. This location the atms are outdated, and sometimes delay to take payments and return debit cards. I go to this chase frequently ,and I must say I have this issue occurred more than 5 times this year. An update would be ideal.

The manager here is the most rude manager I’ve ever come across at a chase. It felt like she was pressuring me to open a premium account in order to get a check. Don’t come to this branch.

Worst bank ever I called before a day if I can walk in and they told me yes on the phone and on the next day I came in they told me they do only appointment such a waste of time.

I was a walk in yesterday and soon as I walked into this branch everyone at the front was very cordial. They were able to accomodate me regardless I had no appointment. Ms.Lenika Fields was very nice and helpful in making me choose the right accounts, for both personal and business purposes. She was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with her in specifying my concerns. After years of banking with TFC (now Huntington), I know I made the right decision bringing my business here instead.
