For a Saturday Morning,with very little hours of operation there wasn't enough tellers for the crowd that was in there.It took way to long for one simple transaction.

I am SOOOO thankful, impressed, and blessed to have Chase Bank and the help of ALL of the teammates! Angel was great and I most especially want to recognize and thank, Karei & the mysterious angel ? in disguise who turned in my debit card this morning…!!! Karei took the time to call me and I am so blessed to receive my card safely back into my hands! I also want to thank whomever turned my card in and I truly thank you for your kindness & honesty & I pray that you are blessed so ABUNDANTLY IN EVERY WAY NEEDED PLUS WAYYYYY MORE ...!!!

I really wanted to do 3 to 4 stars but the location of this branch and the 2 to 3 slick young to old security guards made me drop the stars. There's only one teller/ asst manager that I look forward to seeing,when I don't see them I'm just up in the air on how my dad and I spend time there. Move out of that corner strip mall area,get real security and things will pick up!! I'm packing when I go with my senior father,the branch is next to a liquor store and always seedy folks around,don't ever go after 1. pm!

The ATM lobby was filthy and the ATM screen was so dirty that you could write your name on them. The floor had not been cleaned at all. With the money they are making in the black neighborhood they could hired someone to clean the place up.

If I could give this bank branch ZERO stars I would .. they only have one bank teller and its been like that for months .. managers will come out to tell the people waiting in line they are training people ! Only in the BLACK community this will take place!!! I've been to the branch on 95th kedzie another in Orland and never do I ever have to wait over 10 minutes. This branch needs to do better!!

This bank has one teller with 5 people in line, the wait time lately has been ridiculous and very unprofessional lately where are the workers?
