I visit this bank over the bank over the weekend. It's very spacious, clean, and inviting. The bankers greeted me with a smile when I entered and said “Thank you for coming, come again.” when I left. It smelled good. The customers were in and out. The only thing that seemed out of place was security. Overall, I would keep coming to this bank and recommend friends and family.

TRASH location the security lady that works there is helping thieves to steal your phone or purse if you turn your head or lay it down I WILL never go there again

Today, Ashley, a Chase customer service rep, who met my mother and I in the lobby, exemplified, what a thoughtful, fully knowledgeable, and incredibly considerate bank rep should strive to be. My 84-year-old mother was feeling a bit weak but focused on getting a future appointment and enabling her Bank app to work. During this resolution, which could have been done via a phone call, but without guidance, we had 'forgot password' glitches, my mom did not know if her thumb print worked, the bank system could not help do a reset since the app had not been used in 90 days, Ashley helped clear out her phone's cache, it had to be restarted twice.....but none the less, Ashley's thorough understanding of all the security points, while being patient, and keeping an eye on the lobby customer flow was admirable and without peer. Chase bank on Kedzie boss, please share Ashely's praises. She is worthy of the highest recognition Chase offers. Ashely is going places!!.....she'll make a great boss someday too! Thank you for hiring and having her on your team!

Every time I visit the bank someone always greet you with a smile. Each of the bank tellers are happy to help. I am glad Chase Bank is located in my neighborhood

I wasted one hour waiting in line just to get to the front and be told I’m not able to withdraw a cashiers check at this location because I need two forms of ID. I provided my debit card and my ID and was still told I wouldn’t be able to get my money from my account. I was then directed to another chase bank location.

..opened a business account a few weeks ago at another location but had a few questions regarding the account. Talked to Octavia on the phone today and was quite shocked and disappointed with our conversation. She was snappy , condescending and rude. Didn't answer my questions directly. Extremely poor customer service. I expected better from Chase.

My daughter open up An account with Chase Bank last week later she received a letter saying her account was closed and they couldn't give her a reason why. What type of mess is that you don't close someone's account and dont tell them why, talk about they couldn't give out any information. I did not want her to open account with this bank anyway but she insists she's 18 now so I try to let her make some decisions on her on. I never liked this bank for myself anyway I believe they are Prejudice if you asked me.

I just walked out from there at 11:30 and I just had to say All the women working in the floor were so nice and friendly. They greeted everyone and there was nothing but smiles. I love going to places and not getting attitude from the workers. Good job!
