ATM area not opened even to chase member in till an hour before they open. Don’t get the point of the card reader entry swiper if they won’t make it available to customers who just want to use the atm

Lost my debit card in the ATM there was no one available to help me retrieve it no emergency after hour number to call. Now I have $1,500.00 in fraudulent charges from Best Buy on my account

Brought my two 7 year old twin Grandsons to the bank to show them how to save their Birthday money and how to make money grow. However, I was told I couldn't do the transaction unless my name was on their account. I found that very disturbing due to the Boys not being able to deposit their money into their savings account.
I do have a auto loan with your bank and didn't think I had to have an account to put money the bank for their the twin Boys.
This must be a new rule for people using your bank

It's a very poorly run chase. The guest service is horrible. The people don't wear name tags because they don't care. I felt like I was bothering them by just asking a question.

Can’t even get in to use the ATM after they close they need to fix that card or phone won’t even open the door

I had to drive all the way up to Chicago to go to Citibank to take care of my deceased uncles business. Citibank do not have a notary lucky for me. Chase bank was just a walk away and that’s my bank and I know they always have a notary and they were able to take care of my business free of charge because I’m a member if you’re gonna have a bank might as will have a bank that does all your business.

Horrible service . Long lines inside. The greeter at the door was on her phone texting and rolling her eyes. The bank teller appears to be flustered and over work. Smh

I love this Chase branch but hate the parking lot! Great and consistent people work there and while it’s small, it’s ran well. Happy to have this branch be my local one.

The teller Jennifer was extremely helpful! She was kind and although my concern was not able to be resolved at the moment for reasons outside of her control, she kindly advised me what I would need to do. She made my experience very pleasant. I noticed all of the tellers at this location were extremely kind and welcoming.

I had an appointment mix up yesterday. The time that I was scheduled for wasn’t communicated to Vincent (Chase Banker). He apologized for the error and went above and beyond to get me an appointment at another location. Great customer service and professionalism.The security guard (African American woman) was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to try to get someone to assist me while i was there. I really appreciate her!!

I understand that we are still in the midst of COViD, but you can never get an appointment here.I am in the bank right now, and have two people in the personal banking area, and one isn’t even helping anyone!
