The people are rude the bank doesn’t smell like it’s being cleaned, they are discriminating against blacks I dislike how the bank manager yelled at security.

This ATM is also closed. Only open when bank is open. I didn’t know ATMs closed. There doesn’t seem to be a Chase ATM open in Chicago. ATMs don’t close. It’s a robot.

ATM's were not working on Saturday the 28th of April. Was charged a non-atm fee from another machine and chase transferred me 3x to different people telling me they can't refund the fee. I'm pulling my money out. Screw this place

This bank sucks. ATM is inside. So it's not open 24/7. Pretty much pointless to have a bank here

I showed up at 4:30pm and they were closed. On Chase’s website and google it says they close at 5pm.

My husband and I came to open a joint account. We received a friendly greeting from the ladies working there. Miss Abi guided us through the process and worked diligently to help us open the account. She helped explain how the account would work, we appreciate her patience. I would recommend this chase bank location to others in the area!
