ATM after-hours access card reader door opener isn't working or never worked. Why having it at all if you disabled it on purpose or never fixed it?

With Chase closing so many branches around the city, I would like to at least access the ATM's after hours at the little branches I can. These are the closest ATM's around Streeterville/magnificent mile and it isn't even accessible after hours on weekend.

ATMs either never have cash or don’t work. Especially on weekends.

The nicest, friendliest staff. I had some bad luck while in Chicago and my wallet was stolen. The team at the bank was empathetic and so helpful. I was able to get cash, learn how to use the digital wallet and just feel better after such a bad experience! If I lived in the area, I would always use this branch. Thank you!

The people are always nice, but someone please tell me why is the ATM machine always closed lately? Is it because of thefts? This is really uncomfortable, I just want to deposit checks when the bank isn't open.

Friendly and efficient. Alex Garcia was very helpful and knowledgeable in providing the comparisons between the different checking & savings products offered by the bank...and tailored for my needs.

My experience with Melissa Lopez was very unsatisfactory! Very rude and condescending. Horrible customer service!!

Went in to get a Notary on June 29th, they could not do it do to the covid -19. Since it was unsafe for them they suggested I go to the UPS store, unless I could back on July 1st. They could do it then. I asked them what would make safer then than now? The only answer was it was the July 1st when they could do Notary. It takes a bank officer to do a notary, the have to be kept safe.Teller's the lower payed employee, who handle cash which is 1000 time more dangerous are not considered having Covid-19 threat.

I was in Chicago on vacation (7/20) and decided to Uber to magnificent mile to burn some $$. Only to realize when I got here, I had no cc--just an ID and Apple Pay. Most stores accept it, but for the little ones that I wanted to visit to purchase souvenirs probably wouldn't be equipped to take Apple Pay. Anyways, I go up and headed straight for the E-ATMs because, I just need cash. In and out right? I'm not fussy. So why the low stars? The two (very bored I'm surmising) chase employees on the podium (off to the right of the escalators as you get off, tucked behind and low lighting--well they greeted me from afar. I think they were but I wasn't sure. Oh they made sure I knew. Passive aggressive hecking as I couldn't figure out why I couldn't use Apple Pay to withdraw cash like I would when I'm in SF. Thinking maybe the atms downstairs by the entrance would be better (they're two diff types...the ones on top is Korean, the bottom is a different vendor.. I know this because I opened post & Powell) I went downstairs to try.. Nope. So I decided (since it's a Saturday and one of the hottest/humid days for Chicago) to go ahead and bother a teller. On my way down, they heckled. On the way up, they heckled. I almost think this branch is over staffed on a Saturday because they're paying these two (probably only $18-20 but still) who are bored out of their minds but worse, they're horrible with CS. If you really wanted to help someone or engage with your clients, you'd slink out of that dark corner and come up with a genuine smile and hello when you saw me struggling with Apple Pay on the e-atms. The only reason for this two star is the teller was a rockstar and, the branch is open on a Saturday.
