The ATM is only open 8am to 8pm but there’s no info online about this. I’m sitting here with 4 other irritated people waiting for it to open. ATMs should be 24/7 or at least 6am-10pm

The customer service is so bad I go to a farther chase bank just to avoid them. Think about how bad the Customer Service was for me to yelp about a Bank. I walk up to the window and they have attitudes, it's really bizarre.

My zelle was not accepting payments and asking me to reenlist after each transaction. I went to the bank they assured me it was a freak thing and it was ok after going through my account. It happened tge very next day and I returned to the bank that was empty at 9am and they told me I had to return at 1pm to see a associate. 4hours and absolutely no one in the bank not even at the teller counter. Customer service is horrible, unprofessional, racist and discriminatory. Well, at least towards me as an African American. I’ve notice how they treated the Caucasian and Hispanics while waited to be serviced.

They were supposed to fax a form with a copy of my personal information attached and they "lost" it and didn't send it. So now submitting an incident report with Chase corporate.

Save your time and go to literally any other Chase Bank. Workers there, while friendly, are incompetent. I needed to change my name on my credit card, as I am recently married. They basically told me to go online to fix my issue and figure it out myself. Didn't provide me the correct website to find the info as well. Went to another Chase Bank e here I received the help that I needed.

By far the worst customer service. Jessica carbajal she's the Vice President and she thinks she's gods gift. I just got robbed of my passport and my Id. A previous Branch did not tell me I can only take out a certain amount t each day, if that was the case I would of gone to a different branch with a more limit to take out and I would not be in this problem. Jessica was rude and not helpful at all. She should be fired from her job. Not nice at all. Like I can't take my own money out. Kinda messed up.

By far the worse service I have even seen. Had to talk to 4 different reps in a span of 3 months because one didn't file a claim. Do not go here

Omg! I went into the bank on Aug 13th. The service blew me away. I thought to myself the branch Manager should be proud. The staff is fantastic and happy to be at work. They truly made my day.

Pretty great customer service. Spoke to Luis over the phone to set up an appointment to open some accounts. I had some questions about the documents I would need in order to do it. Very professional.
