Completely lied to and opened a credit card account without my consent. Now I am faced with a hard inquiry on my account. They definitely take advantage of you and prioritize getting their commission and not what you came in for.

The personnel at this location are always very attentive and helpful. The one drawback is that they often do not have a notary public available. I consider this a significant oversight inasmuch as customers normally expect to be able to get a document notarized at any bank location.

I went here as a last ditch effort to exchange my US Dollars into Canadian dollars for an upcoming vacation. I first went to the currency exchange located in the north bridge shops, but the kiosk was empty due to the covid labor shortage. This chase provided the service I needed and got the money within just a few days. Staff was excellent and very friendly with the whole thing. So if you also want to exchange currency for a vacation coming up, chase (if you have an account with them) can help you with this service.

I would give zero stars if possible. The customer service at this branch is horrible. This is the branch closest to my home, but I try to go to other branches to avoid the staff here. If you have questions or need help, good luck. They’ll just repeat canned corporate lines at you. The whole point of having a branch is so you can presumably have a human interaction, but given how they operate Chase should just close this branch and replace it with their automated 1-800 number. You would get the same level of service.

I’m a Chase customer and have been for years. I work nearby at a neighboring restaurant, because I’m a server I like to deposit cash regularly, but there inside ATMs are not accessible. I have tried using my Apple wallet, my physical card. But it won’t let you in the building, they have a drive-through but when I’m getting off work late at night it doesn’t feel safe to deposit cash through the drive-through where I could be robbed. It’s the only chase close to my work, and there’s no Chase close to my home. So I have to go out of my way to deposit cash. I work during normal business hours, so I don’t have the ability to go in when they are open. It’s very disappointing.

I had horrible experience in this branch 50% of time I used this branch. They lured me to start account with them with $250 incentive, but never paid it.They made me wait for long time almost every time. They over emphasis rules, don't care about customer experience at all. The thing they claim they could not do according to their rule which they search for 20 minutes right in front of me. And It was done by another bank branch down the street with not question asked.

Slow - Slow - Slow - Service Waited a long time for a Personal Banker. During which time she says - be right with you. She finishes with a customer,locks her drawers and says - gotta go. So I asked where. She answers “Lunch” She smiles and leaves. Had to wait another 40 minutes before another Banker handled my 4 minute banking matter. Other Chase Branches do an excellent job. Just not this one.

Stood in line 10 mins to get a cashiers cheque of $8 with the fees of $8 and while waiting for my cheque they asked me to wait on side so, they can take another customer . But they weren't able to do that before. Just amazed. How chase rips you off everytime and i am just surprised everytime with their Customer Service Skills and ways of taking people money. It should have been free

I stopped by to use the ATM. Then I asked where the bathroom was and I was told by a personal banker that they don’t have a bathroom. I guess this branch does not offer a bathroom for their clients. Very disappointed :/
