Ready to pull my $ out. You cannot reach a human being. The number on google is a mailbox. Call the other numbers for Chase and you get a bot, or offshore agent. Why can I call an online bank and get a person but not a bank with a building.

Had to exchange USD to Mexican Pesos physical currency and Connie W, Amjad S, and Kasia P came through in a pinch! Very helpful and polite! Explained the exchange rates and loved not having to pay any fees since I am an account holder. Will come again for any future transactions such as these for upcoming vacations abroad!

Don't bother going to the currency exchange here. Long lines, poor attitudes, lack of resources. How a bank of this size doesn't have most major currencies is beyond me. Save yourself a trip and try somewhere else.
