Worst service. Upon arrival I was told to take a seat and I would be seen in a few minutes. After waiting 15minutes I was told there was another appointment now and I would need to wait another 15minutes. No thanks Chase. Do better!!!

The place is clean and convenient. However, I am tired of atm kiosks being closed at nights till 8am of late. The very basic reason we have kiosks are so people can access outside bank hours. I have seen this at this location, Kingsbury location and Randolph location. Completely defeats the purpose. Plus when you call customer service to see if they can help with identifying an atm that is not locked, I believe they do not have the data. This is completely ridiculous. Please do something about this at your location.

Why is there an ATM kiosk with special access that has no extended hours?!? Normal people with jobs can’t get there during normal business hours. Quite frustrating to say the least.

When I walked in there were 3 people that were all being helped. I was able to talk to someone very quickly, she was super friendly, and knew exactly what I needed. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. With easy parking a block south in the Walgreens parking lot, I think this will become my regular location.

The door access to get to the ATM does not work. The door does not open before hours. I needed to use the atm before work but couldn't access it. Tried multiple times with my bank card to access it, but it does not work at all. Which is a bummer

walked in and it’s just a lobby. seems like the staff doesn’t really care to help you, was told to just use my app. left and went to a different branch

I had to return several times to this branch to have some documents verified for a home purchase through another lender. Every employee I spoke with was very kind, courteous, and able to help me.

I waited 45 minutes for them to figure out a wire transfer I needed to make to a bank 5 hours away for a home purchase. After they made no progress I told them to just give me a cashier's check and I'll drive it there, because their incompetence left me uncertain they'd actually make the transfer.They are openly indifferent to customer needs. I'll be moving all of my accounts to a different bank.

The manager was very accommodating to my needs, however was very quick to share her judgement on my decision to not wear a mask in public now that the local mandate has been lifted in our area.
