  Very nice west loop branch, we had an appointment with Blake Bloodsaw and he was very helpful and professional, it was easy to schedule the meeting

  When I walked in there were 3 people that were all being helped. I was able to talk to someone very quickly, she was super friendly, and knew exactly what I needed. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. With easy parking a block south in the Walgreens parking lot, I think this will become my regular location.

  I had to return several times to this branch to have some documents verified for a home purchase through another lender. Every employee I spoke with was very kind, courteous, and able to help me.
