The customer service is impeccable at this branch. The branch manager when available Greets customers and the security is always attentive and on point. However, if you are not a member of their Private Client banking services or very conscious of your spending charges and fees add up quickly.

I have frequently visited this branch of Chase Bank property and have always been greeted with curtsy and kindness. Each time I had to wait to be seen, was no more than twenty minutes. I recommend their services to everyone who needs their services. I have always been satisfied with the outcome of my visit for service.
