Came in with Ms Christina Bernard a chase relationship banker. I must say her professionalism, communication skills, and kindness are to the 10’a. I’m very impressed with all her help. The customer service is impeccable at this branch. The branch manager when available Greets customers and the security is always attentive and on point. However, if you are not a member of their Private Client banking services or very conscious of your spending charges and fees add up quickly.
