It took 45 mins for the teller to withdraw $100 for me because she didn’t know how to input it into the system to debit my account. I’m usually patient with new people but no one was around to help her and I was late for my doctor’s appointment as a result. The manager that eventually came to help was rude and not considerate of my time.

I opened here my business account and Amanda put my name wrong, I notice that she said she changed and would be fine.. it’s not, now I got a calls to schedule new appointment if not they will close my account. Waste of time choose another location or bank.

lazy counter staff not the one in the front!!! He does not want to help and help me with unhappy face. I don’t understand why the company hire this kind of employee. normally, when professional banker count the cash, then will show back to me and confirm but this guy not even say anything. I don’t know that I still can trust Chase bank anymore. His name is Jon/John the guy that is very rude by showing his mean face and tapping his fingers on the table to rush me all the time.

Caleb went above and beyond to help me resolve my account issues! He made sure to follow up with Chase internal departments and call me back.Chase froze all my accounts and closed my credit cards just because they had to verify my social again (for no known reason, and no warning or notice in advance; I have my social on file, and have always paid my credit cards on time). Caleb helped me to get them back.

I received an outstanding customer experience in this branch. I do want to highlight the Assistant Manager Nazneen Aziz - she patiently made all customer service calls with me and addressed the issue that I couldn't address in 4 months in less than an hour. Definitely an expert in her area and would highly recommend her to help you out with your issues.

Came this afternoon to speak to one of the bankers. I’ve beet told that all of the bankers are busy and they cannot help me although everyone where sitting in their rooms alone. Very unprofessional stuff. Then I got called out for me taking a picture and it has to be deleted because it’s their policy(which is not true). Then Caleb Gray returned my credit card and said that I’ve been difficult and he is not gonna help me. Thank you for the branch manager who was professional enough to supervise the situation and HELP ME!

Great customer service. Came in after work not realizing they were supposed to close in 2 minutes. They still took care of me, took the time to address my request and was met with constant appreciation for being patient--when really I should be the one thanking them big time for addressing my needs without feeling rushed considering it was already closing time. Excellent service and will continue coming to this branch.

I have attempted to start a business bank account at this branch, and although the managers and tellers have been professional, they have failed to properly set up business bank account on my behalf. I have had to make 4 separate visits, and I am going to have to plan a 5th to *again* figure out where my business money is and why I am unable to make a deposit.It is unclear to me who's fault this is, but I will likely have to start applying for welfare because my account balance is still in limbo.They do not seem to know how to handle establishing a business bank account.

Jesus, the Branch Manager at the 549 N McClurg location, was extremely professional and provided me the fantastic service which is what the Chase brand is all about. I had left an item at the counter and he called me immediately and even waited a couple minutes after closing to ensure I had my belongings.
