Chase has been my bank for over 30 yrs. I have several accounts with them. Back in 2022, I notice some unrecognized transactions from amnesty USA. I called the bank fraud dept. They did a report & only refund me $45. Since 2022, those transactions have continued, from one of my savings accounts. For almost 2 yrs. Every month chase has been paying from my account $15. Chase knew that amnesty usa is a fraud, because I notify them, that those transactions were NOT, authorized by me. Chase is now refusing to refund me. I honestly feel that not amnisty usa but chase are a fraud. Because chase knew and did absolutely nothing to protect my money. Currently looking for a bank institution that will protect my money and value there customers.

It is sad that this company charges you for taking your money out of your account . But make more money on your home and auto loan

07/25/23 the unlock system does not work when the doors are locked.Ie - using my card to unlock doors to get to ATM did not work. Device perhaps broken

Really like this location, the staff is great. Mostly younger employees, so the bank has an upbeat feel. Was met at the door by Homero, who gave me all the info about cashing coins into an account, was knowledgeable and friendly. Also, received coin wrappers for my return to deposit.

I went in today since I had trouble going into my account, and the guy that works there I believe Brandon was his name. So nice! Perfect customer service, and fixed my situation nice and easy! Definitely will come back here more

Unlike other chase locations, the ATM vestibule area is not open 24/7. No clue why, everywhere else the ATM is open. The drive up is open though... Guess I gotta own a car to get my money now.Oh also... Also... You can't get cash in anything other than 20s at the ATM now

Ery bad and supper slow. Only the drive up is open and this guy took 7 min to process my mortgage payment plus I wait 15min in line

This branch closed up early. I Was here 20 minutes before 5PM, and the doors we're already locked. Saw the people in there when I needed to get a cashier's check made after work, and they didn't even try to accommodate me even though I was still within business hours.
