I stopped in today for help on a bank fraud I encountered recently. Theodore warmly greeted me at the front desk. I was first impressed with how professionally dressed he was but it was how kind and helpful he was that persuaded me to write this raving review! After 10 minutes he solved my problem on a $500 gift card I was scammed to buy. I want to thank him again and Chase for solving my issue. You are lucky to have such a fantastic employee on your staff.

I thought the banker was helpful at first but turns out she gave me incorrect answers to most of my questions. Pretty sure she said whatever I wanted to hear just So I would open a new account. Super nice and friendly just not the most helpful.

I have done business with this branch of Chase for 23 years. Today I got $400 from one of the ATMs at this branch. I requested for it to give me $20 bills. It gave me two hundred in $20 dollar bills then two one hundred dollar bills. I the proceed to the teller to one make a two thousand dollar check deposit. I stood in line for at least ten minutes. Once I got to the teller by the name of Kevin Moreno I made the check deposit then requested the change for the cash I received from the ATM. Kevin Moreno then ask me for an ID. I did not have my wallet as I used the Chase app on my phone to obtain the cash. Kevin Moreno then told me he would not change the bills without an ID. So I had to go back to my apartment to get my wallet. When I returned I had to wait in line again then luck of the draw I get Kevin Moreno again. I put the money and ID in the window and request one hundred in tens and fifty in fives and fifty in singles. Kevin then took a long time to look up my account. After Kevin Moreno was satisfied that I was indeed a client he asked me how I wanted the money. I replied to him I had already told him and wasn't he listing. His reply was no. After getting the money back Kevin Moreno kept my ID and after I retrieve the cash Kevin Moreno then threw my ID back so hard that it hit the counter and bounced out at me. I am a private client with Chase and have never been treated so rudely as I have today!!!

Somehow every weekend around 7-9am they are closed, which is understandable but when you can't even use your debit card to open the door(those scanner locks that open for card holders when branch is closed) and access the atm machines so you can take out rent is increasingly annoying.

I had a Chase customer fraudulently accept one of my Zelle transfers and Chase would not work with my bank, which banks usually do work together. Please consider when thinking about becoming a customer. Unprofessional and more than unethical. I will never use them.

This branch should be studied as a template for all their other locations. Clark & Elm branch has managed to make a mega-bank have the most pleasant neighborhood feel, thanks to Miss R. and Amanda and all the other staff that have been so helpful over the years. In addition to routine banking, paying property taxes and bills goes quickly and accurately. Their help desk is always at attention, ready to guide and greet. I can't be bribed with candy, but those bowls are always well stocked. As are the dog treat bowls. One time I spotted a pitbull with a sweet face across the long lobby standing in line with her boss. She started wagging her whole body and squealing like I was coming over to play. Alas, you can't play with dogs in the bank, no matter how adorable. This is review 100 for me. A bank--Who'da thought?!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Enterence has secured lobby for cash machines. Entrance is usually unkept. Needs to be monitored for littering. Outside entrance needs grooming and a rennovation.

Was misled during a consultation when closing one acocount and opening another by a representative named Christina and was assured I would still have access to the old account's previous transactions in order to complete my taxes and now am being told I no longer have rights to that information because the closed the account... So..in order to keep my money with Chase, she basically told me whatever I wanted to hear despite the consequences.

I'm extremely happy with this bank and I recommend it to anyone in the area!! I'm a college student and had to change banks because there are no Wells Fargos in the area...so glad I picked Chase and this location specifically. The service is always prompt and friendly. The employees are problem solvers, and so respectful and kind. I've been helped by both Alex and Amanda and they were both great. Keep doing an amazing job!

Attention! Anyone who needs any banking services MUST go to this branch of Chase Bank! I have been a Chase Bank customer for a very long time. There was one outstanding employee at the Streeterville location who moved away. I moved to the Gold Coast and started using the State and Division branch. Stay away from this location if at all possible. Disrespectful and unprofessional service left me very discouraged. I sadly drudged over to the Clark and Elm location. It was like a mirage! It was like dream! The spacious and smartly decorated lobby was like an oasis from the other locations that required you to sit at open air desks next to the line of waiting customers. Glassed in offices and an abundant amount of staff members make this location very easy to use. I was immediately greeted by the Branch Manager Marlon A DeLeon (Sadly Marlon has since moved to the Magnificent Mile location) and the Private Client Banker Michael Carbone. They welcomed me and chatted about all things, not just banking. I felt so comfortable and relieved to have found such professionals. I was literally about to close my accounts and change the banking brand entirely, until I met these two gentlemen. My Private Client Banker has assisted me with so many things. I needed to move money around and needed back documents for an estate account. He also introduced me to my new financial advisor and often reminds me of the many services they offer. Every request both large and small, are met with a smile and expediency. Chase Bank is so lucky to have an incredibly valuable professional in Michael A Carbone! Listen up Chase Corporate - brand standards are not being met at several of your Chicago locations, to the level of offensive! I left one branch horrified and found professional solace at the Clark and Elm location. Street parking, bus stops and the Red Line stop, make this location very accessible. Stop in to do your banking and ask for Michael!
