Beware of this Chase location if you're looking to use the ATM after hours. The card reader is consistently broken not allowing you access to the ATM's. Just a bunch of people standing outside the building trying to see if someone else has better luck trying to get in. I guess Chase can't afford to use any of our money to fix it. SMH.

Great experience at this branch today, Aurelia was helpful in welcoming me as soon as I walked in the door , within minutes I was able to speak with her and review accounts, getting professional assistance. Shortly after my visit, I received a call from the branch manager Mike K , and his follow up regarding my situation (house closing) was a home run. He made me feel like I was banking in a small town local credit union - personality and feel makes all the difference with your personal finances! Huge shoutout to this branch for restoring my loyalty in Chase!

Today was the second time I went in to try to open an account for my son. Even though we walked in shortly after 4, they claimed their bankers were no longer available. Doesn't your bank close at 5:00? I used to work at a Chase bank and bankers are always scheduled until close. Lousy customer service.

Do not visit this location as it is poorly organized. The teller was very friendly but the rest of the staff seem incompetent. After checking in and sitting in the waiting area nearly 40 minutes, multiple customers arriving afterward were greeted and served or were able to push their way ahead in line.

Poor service. No one was at the door to help direct people appropriately. Ended up waiting for an hour, but the bankers would just ignore us and take care of people who walked in long after us. Recommend going to another branch because the employees really don't know how to run this branch.

This is a horrible location. Don’t go to this chase. I had to show up three separate times to try and close my deceased father’s checking account as the beneficiary. They made me wait over half an hour the last time then left me in a cubicle after the teller said the matter was “over her limit”. I had to keep explaining the situation over and over which was very traumatic and stressful. These employees are incompetent. Go elsewhere.

Very poor customer service in particular by Amanda, one of the teller. Was so unwilling to help!!! And has an attitude with her responses like I owe them something!!!!Terrible and will report this to Chase home office!
