Why have a detached ATM Vestibule that keeps the same hours as the bank itself? Now I can’t make deposits or withdrawals after 5pm on the weekdays and 2pm on Saturdays. Sundays are closed. Incredibly inconvenient.

I been here for Morgadge process. Mr Gabriel Gomez and his team help us becoming true our American dream. So it was very professional bankers relation also super customer service. We felt valued and comfort with them. I can say clearly They have knowledge and humanity service.

We were informed by a banker that for my husband to open a new checking account, he needed his lease, gov't issued ID and social security number. Today we went in and Julie N. started the interaction by insulting me by asking if I was pregnant. I can't have children, but hey, thanks for asking. Then, after confirming his forms of IDs were good, she sat down and proceeded to waste 45 minutes of our time making us repeat basic information my, like my husband's name, which was on his passport, other photo ID, lease, Social Security, etc. Then, she gets up and returns to inform us that those weren't good enough forms of identification. After confirming upon our arrival that they were. And being told that prior to arriving. We left without his checking account being opened and with me humiliated and reliving the whole can't have kids piece because Julie has no sense of social decorum or decency. I have been a customer at Chase for over 20 years -- this was despicable and will result in a lost of my business.

WARNING. Take your business to another banking institution. After being a Chase client/customer for about 25 years, today I closed out and cancelled all my Chase accounts, personal and business, and took all my banking business to another banking institution because Mariaella, the Branch Manager and Vice President of this location, is unprofessional, disrespectful, totally incompetent, lacks client/customer service skills, repeatedly interrupts the client/customer when the client/customer is talking, repeatedly makes excuses and blatantly lied to me. If you want to help Chase Bank make money off your money while at the same time treating you in a most unprofessional manner, then this is the bank location for you! Additionally, as for the other Branch Manager at this location, Brenda, I suggest when you are having a serious discussion with your clients/customers, at least fake it and appear to focus and be interested in the conversation, say something, and refrain from repeatedly looking away to look outside of your cubicle into the bank lobby as this is also disrespectful and unprofessional and shows your total lack of interest and concern about your client/customer concerns. The lack of customer service at this location is extremely concerning and pathetic!

Only one of their three drive up ATMs work.One has the lane closed off, the other simply doesn't respond to selections on the screen.This is insultingly shoddy, especially since most of the remaining branches in my area (Wicker Park) are either closed or closing.

Mercedes was very unprofessional. I made an appointment with her for my business account. She couldn’t upload my ID correctly, and I have to go to another branch for that, it took me a while to figure out what was wrong with my account.

Reviewing the branch - not the bank itself. It’s a very convenient location (great parking) and fairly large branch, with a good number of ATM. Very efficient to get your banking needs served here

I was approached my a kind hostess to offer to help. She referred me to a friendly and professional twller named Yenedid. She took care of me in a few minutes. She was fantastic. I would definitely clean up their enclosed ATM area that is located right before you enter the main bank. It always looks and feels dingy. I'll still return.
