I opened accounts on this branch. Since I am a customer, I can tell you that all the employees are sweet, helpful and knowledgeable! They are all professional. When you enter the branch everyone greet you. The team cares about their customers a lot. They response the emails right away and if you have more questions they call you to be sure you get the right help on time as you need. I feel great! Thank you !

I recently encountered an issue with my account that originated from Chase's back office. The situation was frustrating and confusing, but thankfully, I was fortunate enough to be assisted by two exceptional individuals at my local Chase branch:Vanessa, the teller, and Jose, the branch manager.Vanessa was the first point of contact, and she immediately displayed exceptional customer service. She listened patiently to my concerns, acknowledged the complexity of the situation, and assured me that she would do everything in her power to help. Her empathy and professionalism were truly commendable.Jose then became involved, and his expertise quickly proved invaluable. He demonstrated a deep understanding of banking procedures and regulations, and he worked diligently to find a resolution. He kept me informed throughout the process, explaining the steps he was taking and the potential outcomes. Thanks to Vanessa and Jose's combined efforts, my issue was resolved efficiently and effectively. They not only rectified the problem but also went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Their dedication to customer service is truly exemplary, and they deserve the highest praise.

Worst bank in the world! They will close your account with no prior notice, with no apparent reason and without giving you any explanations. Terrible customer dis(service), unjust and unfair business practices. They should be ashamed of how they treat customers and (mis)conduct their ugly business practices. I'd highly recommend staying away from the Chase bank based on their terrible customer service and awful business misconduct. Unbelievable that businesses are allowed to operate this way in this time and age!

Terrible customer service. I made an appointment to see a personal banker. I show up and wait 25 minutes past the time of the appointment and still no one saw me. I take time out in the middle of a work day to come down there and they don’t even the decency to keep the time of a previously set up appointment. I hope they realize there are other banks I can go to instead of wasting my time at this one.

I have been 'banking' since age 12 when I deposited my paper route money into a local bank in Long Island. During the ensuing 50+ years I have never had any encounters with anyone at a bank as terrific as the encounters I have had at this Chase Branch. I moved into the neighborhood in December and already the people at this branch have been incredibly kind and helpful. I start with the most efficient and friendly teller, Laura M, lead associate. I also want to recognize Cameron, Assistant Vice President and the Branch Manager, Jose. A nice group of people would be hard to find anywhere. Thank you everyone!

I have been to this chase bank as well as a few others on numerous occasions hoping to pull cash out of the ATM. Each time past 7pm the door is locked and I am unable to enter even when entering my card. My assumption is that they are worried about people stealing or robbing their banks so they inconvenience the rest of the normal population and shut down their atm door. You would think a top corporation like Chase would have better security measures then denying access to their members and those who deserve to withdrawal cash. It isn’t fair that due to the city I live in (Chicago) and have to deal with this issue. Hire a security guard and pay them the money your losing from us.

My aunt died of Covid-19 at the end of April, 2021. She left behind a complicated estate, including a $100,000+ philanthropy account at Chase/JP Morgan that was to be distributed evenly among four charities. I contacted my aunt's personal banker at Chase at the end of October to have the funds distributed. I gave each charity the contact information for my aunt's personal banker at Chase's State Street branch in Chicago and told the charities to contact me if problems arose. One charity did contact me, in early November, and I interceded to be sure that the proper papers were sent to her organization for completion. She returned them to him, her paper trail demonstrates, but he did not submit them to the Estates Team at JP Morgan for processing. Two other organizations tried to contact him by phone and email, but they were met with silence. They were unable to obtain any forms all autumn. In January of 2022, when I contacted all four organizations to obtain receipts for the donations, I discovered that no money had been paid out. When I called my aunt's personal banker, he said that proper paperwork had not been submitted by the organizations and that was why no money had been paid out. But he himself had all the contact information for folks at the charities and had made NO effort to contact anyone. Meanwhile, the organizations had not submitted forms because they had not been able to reach him to get them! I was amazed by this personal banker's indifference and lack of initiative -- and remain amazed. The fourth agency had mislaid the banker's contact information from October to early January, apologized profusely to me when I called, obtained and submitted the applications forms, receiving funds in early March, ironically, as that organization was the only one that had not reached out to Chase in October. Two of the three other charities submitted the proper paperwork in early February, and they have heard nothing from Chase/JP Morgan. The third completed paperwork in late February, and it has heard nothing from Chase/JP Morgan. From that time on, I have called the bank/brokerage house many times. I have spoken to perhaps 20 different customer service reps, members of the Estates Team, three different bank managers, an investigator assigned when I complained particularly vociferously one day, and my aunt's personal banker. Our case has been "escalated" and "expedited," but no money has been forthcoming. I threatened nearly two weeks ago and followed through yesterday with complaints to FINRA and the Securities Exchange Commission, and no money has been forthcoming. Now I am writing Yelp reviews and complaining to the Better Business Bureau. I am investigating and will complain to other watchdog organizations in the next few days -- unless I hear from the three charities that they have received their money. Today is April 2, 2022. Our family now has been waiting for these charities -- American Cancer Society, Foundation Fighting Blindness, and Southern Poverty Law Center -- to receive my aunt's donations for over five months since initial contact with Chase/JP Morgan. Penetrating this bank/brokerage house, being allowed to speak to someone who actually liquidates stock and sends out checks, has been impossible, like trying to scale the walls of a medieval fortress. I have spoken to few people who have an actual, personal telephone number. The bank has designed its operations so that few people can be reached more than once. Responsibility for functioning is so widely dispersed that, in my experience, anyway, no one seems to care whether his or her actions have any consequence. instead, they appear to be indifferent cogs in an inefficient, poorly functioning machine. They are polite, they type notes into their computers for higher-ups to read (are they even read?), but they have no authority. I cannot convey to you how infuriating has been my experience with this bank/brokerage house. I REITERATE: MY FAMILY HAS NOW BEEN WAITING FOR MORE THAN FIVE MONTHS FROM TH

From the moment I walked in I was impressed with the courteous and friendly staff. I was there for a meeting with Adam Kimo my Private Client Advisor.Adam was brilliant! Was patient, professional and went above and beyond. In the process of transferring a balance from another firm (Wells Fargo) the broker there became a little nasty when I requested a transfer of funds, nonetheless, Adam kindly said to me "no problem, I'll take care of it"i'm a hugh fan of JP Morgan Chase and Adam Kimo.I highly recommend you give Adam A call.
