Chase has shut down 2 branches that were close to me - this was the next closest so I went here to get cash after branch hours. In fact I've gone on 2 separate occasions. Both e-readers, to open the doors and get to the ATMs, do not actually open the doors. So effectively the ATMs are inaccessible after hours. When I say 2 separate occasions....these were months apart in time. That's how long Chase has not bothered to do anything about it. Also...this location has drive through ATMs. Also a mess. After failing to get into the branch I went to the drive through, tried to withdraw money....it told me it was giving me money....then nothing. I called customer service, but that is a waste of time as you can tell they will do nothing or are powerless to effect any change.

Tried to use the lobby ATM outside of biz hours and the e-card reader on both sides didn’t work. According to reviews here, this is a known issue. If customers cannot use physical or e-cards, this branch is effectively barring customers from the bank’s services.

The after hours key pad where you insert your card to get to the ATM does not work. Whether you tap or insert your card it does not unlock the door. There is no access to the ATM after the bank is closed. Why even have the card scanner to access the atm , on 2 separate doors, if it doesn't work?

Horrible customer service. Called for assistance and gave me every excuse to go through their telebanking system. Ridiculous!

Came in to sort out a couple of issues. The gentleman at the front knew the answer to a couple of my questions and quickly escorted me to the teller, who professionally and politely took care of the rest of my business. I'm reviewing this bank (I usually only review restaurants and stores) because my experience was in such stark contrast to some of the other reviews here.

I stopped by in the am today and try to use my card to open the bank door, but it did not work and then I notice a person laying down inside the bank entrance . I was dissappointed. This means the bank manager allows this person to sleep inside the bank by the atms and does not allow customers to go in until open time

Unfortunately the Branch Manager profiled and threatened a personal friend of mine today. He was inquiring about funds in both of his accounts when he was falsely accused of disturbing other customers when he disagreed with the Manager. Even the security guard was shocked when he was asked to escort my friend out of the bank. Don't do business here while Being Black

Update your hours of business online. It's Saturday at 2:54 and I left my house to walk over to the bank because it said open till 3:00 and I arrived to find out it closes at 2:00. As a customer you have wasted my time and Chase has inconvenienced me. I understand the hours can change but it is highly inconsiderate to customers when you tell them you're open till 3:00 and you are not. Please, update your hours online it is very important to your customers. Thank you

I've been trying to get about $1,500 from an account that is owed to me for over a year! This was a result of Chase personal bankers making the mistake when closing out an estate account.We have other accounts that have significantly more that need to get settled as well. I do not recommend this bank or the personal bankers if they can't manage $1,000 can you imagine trusting them with 100,000 or more?
