The impeccable customer service by the private bankers is the reason this grade is given!
I've been trying to process an IRA through Chase and only bc of the persistence of Private Client Personnel were we able to resolve an ongoing issue for over 4 Months.

I went to open a new account at 4pm today. The staff told me to wait a while and someone would come to help me. After I waited for half an hour, a lady came and told me that I needed to make an appointment to open a new account another day. I wasted my time. If I was told at the beginning that there was no way to open an account for me today, I would go to another bank to handle the business. I will not go back again. Very poor service!

Was at this branch and was the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard if I don’t have enough dollars coins to fill up the roll I can’t deposit my dollar coins!!!!!! This is why I hate coming to this bank!!!

Although I have had terrible issues dealing with Chase as a whole the branch manager at this location Samuel Rosa is a true gentleman and professional. He is a MAJOR asset to Chase and deserves all of the recognition he gets. Thanks again Sam!

I just left this branch and the experience I had with one if the bankers was nothing short of unacceptable .the blatant rudeness dismissiveness of the banker was an awful experience I already don't do my investing or my real-estate loans with chase this experience has me considering ending the relationship all together.The banker was over six foot younger looking and sat in a middle cubicleI hope he learns better customer service skills and possibly some empathy

I entered the establishment in a hurry and a bad mood — I left with a newfound pep in my step!! I was first met by a jolly gentle-fellow who directed me to the line (though even without his guidance it would have been quite obvious where I was destined to go). When i approached the front of the line I was in a haze and didn’t realize a teller was available; thus another attentive and delightful banker stepped in to save the day, waving me onward - my time to meet the teller had arrived! The teller herself was bright, bubbly and with pleasant small talk alone she single-handedly renewed my hope in Humanity!Good vibes at this one ☝️

A big bank, especially some branches, has staff who are proficient in Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and the service is very enthusiastic.

ATM closes at 8pm…. Other branches at least stay open til midnight. 8pm is unreasonable especially when it’s the only Chase bank in the neighborhood.
