Although I have had terrible issues dealing with Chase as a whole the branch manager at this location Samuel Rosa is a true gentleman and professional. He is a MAJOR asset to Chase and deserves all of the recognition he gets. Thanks again Sam!

A big bank, especially some branches, has staff who are proficient in Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and the service is very enthusiastic.

I came in for a signature or stamp on my bank statement (which was required for a financial proof) but Ms. Wong said the bank doesn’t sign or stamp on bank statements?! So I left and went to another branch and they stamped it for me in no time with no question at all!?
