This is the worst Chase Bank I've ever been to. If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. I'm a college student who attends UIC, which is right by this chase bank. If I need to make a deposit or withdraw some cash I go here because it's the most convenient location for me. The other week I decided to pick up lunch when I left to make a withdrawal. After getting some cash, I walked into Busy Burger (which is directly next to Chase) to pick up my online order. I was in there for under a minute and when I came out my car had been booted.I am a broke college student. The biggest purchase I've made this semester was a lunch bag to make packing enjoyable and reduce the allure of Panda Express and Chick-fil-A. After finding out my ticket was $170, I wanted to curl into a ball and cry. I barely had enough money to buy my burger, I would've had to sell myself if I wanted to pay off that ticket. Fortunately, I had barely enough saved up to give to the grumpy middle-aged (for sure balding) security guard (I'm not talking about the nice one who says hi when you walk into the bank, I'm referring to the mean one who can't even smile back to a customer). He must have been camping out in the darkest corners of the bank because I don't know how I missed him. When I left Busy Burger (because I saw him standing by my car) he was just glaring at me; heartless and dead. When I came out, the first thing he told me was, "The boot's already on." In under a minute, he decided that the 18-year-old Asian boy he saw withdrawing $20 from the ATM deserved a $170 boot because he spent a whole 30 seconds picking up his burger. To be honest, I'm APPALLED by the lack of kindness and situational awareness. Maybe if the security guard had taken a second before putting the boot on, he'd have realized that my car is a 15-year-old thirdhand Subaru without a catalytic converter. Maybe he'd have noticed my UIC hangtag and taken the time to consider if a college student can really afford to pay a ticket that's worth more than his entire livelihood. Maybe he'd have noticed the jacket riddled with holes in the passenger seat. Alas, he lacks both kindness and lacks awareness.As upsetting as this is, I'm aware I need to consider things from his perspective. When I came out of busy burger he was on the phone with a girl, probably around his age. Maybe he was just trying to impress his wife, girlfriend, daughter, or baby mama. Show her that he's a big man and he gets to put boots on people's cars and show no mercy. Maybe showing the girls that he can put a boot on a car inflates his messed up sense of masculinity, and so, I become more understanding. Some men need to prove how masculine they are, not to others, but to themselves.Still, I find this ticket extremely upsetting. This is no way to treat longtime customers of your bank. As soon as I graduate college, I'm switching banks. I can never be associated with an organization that allows for such cruel practices just to make more money off loyal customers. I hope that one day Chase will reflect on this mistake and make the necessary changes to please their customers and take a step in the right direction to becoming a respectable bank again.P.S.Dear Mr, Security Guard,I forgive you. ❤️

Yasmine has helped me with various wire transfers, domestic and international, withdrawals, etc and has always maintained an impressive level of patience and customer service. My favorite branch. They are quick, efficient and more importantly, diligent.

This Chase has Great Customer Service they are professional, courteous, friendly. Even the Security Guard greets you when you enter and when you leave.

Wish I have read the reviews here. Got my car booted and had to pay $170 to get out of there. All my credit cards are from Chase, but just because I went across the street to pick up a delayed donut order and waited for 10 minutes (not even for myself), I got hit with $170. The problem is that you won't expect such cruel and unusual methods from a reputable business in a non-shady area. Never, ever did I dream of such a thing happening to me and I am the kind of people who would feel bad using flash lights to park outside a business for even a minute. Here, I am treated like I am some kind of criminal. No wonder the parking lot is kinda empty. I hope the Chase's camera catches me sobbing in my car after the incident on Valentines. I think surrounding businesses should all warn their customers.

This ATM is closed at 8pm. They should post ATM hours on Google. ATMs are usually open with card access.

Came here to use the branch. Very friendly and helpful. Just be careful because they will ticket or boot your car if you’re not using the branch.

What a kind of trash bank is that, who would let their customer's car booted just a few seconds? It is a horrible experience.On top of that, Chase charge outrageous fee when you use Chase Cash card on other bank's ATM.By all means, avoid Chase all together!!!
