A newer and well staffed branch with good parking and easy access (Chicago Ave and Kenzie).

I'm in the cubicle with Catalina, shes on her computer "helping" me but I can see in the reflection in her glasses that shes on her phone on her lap under the table, and random smirks as she looks down at her lap throughout my visit. Lol probably shouldn't be doing that while with a customer.
