If I can give a negative score I will. Very unprofessional. Don't want to assist ppl. I was trying to start a new account for my baby & was told I can only do that on line. Set up an appt. Only to be turned away that there was no one available to assist. Nope not for me

Reviewing the branch - not the bank. It’s fairly small branch in a very busy shopping center, with fairly heavily traffic due to the anchor Pete’s supermarket. The branch is tight, and it often busy and crowded.

This doesn’t even deserve any star had to put it on to make a review. Maria open my business account and mess up the whole account she lost my ID my account is on hold due to something that she caused never admitting her wrong doings now I need to go back to the branch to give her my ID once again but now the branch is temporary closed she’s very unorganized and very unprofessional if you need to see a banker please don’t let it be her I assure you that something will go wrong. She’s so confused and can’t admit fault good luck with this branch.
