Worst customer service ever received from any Chase Bank location. I will be filing a complaint and following up on it. You folks messed with the wrong customer.

I had a great experience at this Chase branch. It was a pleasant experience dealing with the staff, who were extremely helpful in answering my questions and assisting me with opening an account. It would be remiss not to mention Allison Gottelt for her hard work. Allison was especially helpful in providing me with a detailed overview of the different features of the account. She was also very patient and understanding throughout the process. I am thankful for her help and I would definitely recommend this branch.

Terrible customer service they don't even try to find a solution to the problem blame everything on the customer when they make lots of mistakes specially when they rush and they don't get the right imformation.I don't pay every month to a bank and commissions to be treated like this.Very unprofessional do you need to retrain your people chase this is awful.

Visited the branch Tuesday to conduct some personal business. Branch was slammed busy but all tellers worked fast and efficiently to get the lines moving quick. Had to talk to the manager regarding about some issues with my account that I was nervous about. Her name was Tina. She was very attentive and immediately put my mind at ease. Her attention to detail and demeanor was exceptional and I was in and out and extremely quick even tho it was very busy. Thank you so much. 10/10 to all the employees especially the manager Tina.

Wow. The customer service at this branch is horrible. Before I could explain to the teller what I needed, she became argumentative and told me what she was not going to do. I simply needed some bank statements. This less than smart, self entitled bank teller couldn't admit that she didn't know how to complete the task and wouldn't ask for help. She thought her looks and smile would placate me. She was sadly mistaken.

Great service , very helpful, outstanding performance when my account was hacked they replaced my Funds within 24 hours , always greeting me and my son with a smile and hand shake from manager. Excellent and straight forward service!All the Negative comments from others on here might be their spoiled children , pretentious area residents!
