I went into the bank to wait for my client and less than 5 minutes into sitting down i was asked is i needed something or if i were just "hanging out". I dont appreciate the random micro aggression. I see why this banks rating is low

Need bank services? You need to wait a week for an appointment. Nobody over the phone at corporate could help either. Great customer experience…. Not.
