I had the pleasure of meeting Jazlyn after several telephone interactions. Jazlyn was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to talk with. After receiving some incorrect information from the main customer service number, Jazlyn was always there to give me the correct information. I was already upset over the loss of my car but she was there for me. I needed to finalize the process of closing my claim so I could get payment and get into the solution. I wish I could have spoke with Jazlyn for everything I needed because she knew all of the answers and connects on what needed to be done. Grateful I had the opportunity to have Jazlyn helping me through this trauma.

Today i had a professional encounter over the telephone with agent Renia. She took the time to go over home and auto quotes with me and she made sure that i understood every detail and incentive given per quotes. She throughly answered any/and all questions that i had; and that was important to me. We conversed about all incentives savings and life within itself. It was as though i had known her for years.
