There’s two gentlemen that worked on 12/27 at this location. First Gentleman around 10am refused customer service over the phone and continued to cut me off when I had a question about a money order from them. The next gentleman I called around 3:30 pm to ask for corporates number and responded “umm no, for what you need to leave a message or some!” With horrible attitudes. You guys need to hire better customer service people. Nothing but attitude working your windows and answering the phones! Please if someone can reach out so I can speak to corporate. Unbelievable!!!

Do NOT go here. George, if that's his name, is horrible. So are the other ladies behind the counter. So rude. I honestly don't know why the still have jobs. People file complaints against them all the time and they never get followed through. This area would be way better with them here. #boycotthisrundownplaceWouldn't even give me the managers number. I will be calling the city everyday until they investigate.

My husband and I had a horrific experience here this evening. My husband was receiving a wire transfer via Western Union. We called before going to the location and asked what documentation he would need and were told just an ID. When we arrived, the woman behind window #1 said he needed to bring in his social security card. We go home, get the card, and return. I am waiting and she says to him that he doesn't have the "right kind of social security" card (he is an immigrant and has the card as part of his work authorization). He asked her what he needed and she refused to offer any remedy and I hear her tell him "I don't care how long you've been in this country." At this point, I stepped in because the sad truth is that I am often treated better than him as an American native. We asked her for any guidance and she just repeatedly said she couldn't give us any suggestions but would try to run the card through. She then said that there was a problem with Western Union and that they were wanting him to call them and give them a code. We call from the lobby, give them the code, and the representative from Western Union tells us that there is no issue and asked to speak with the woman on site who was refusing to give us the money so that she could give approval. The woman behind window #1 REFUSED to speak with her. The next thing you know we are going around in circles, woman behind the window saying she can't talk to them from our phone, saying Western Union needs to call her...Western Union telling us she needs to call them.I end up going around and around with the woman behind window #1. I have never been treated so disrespectfully. I was trying to ask for her guidance regarding next steps and she kept interrupting me as soon as I would get a few words out, continually telling me I "didn't understand." I have a Ph.D...I assure you that I understood exactly what was going on.She finally says she will call Western Union. She gets off the phone and tells us to come back in about 10 minutes and she can try to get us the money again. We wait, come back, and she says that she talked to her boss about "the situation" and that he did not feel comfortable moving forward with the transaction. I asked her if she could explain what went wrong with Western Union, as we just got off the phone with them and they said all was well. Her answer? "Well, they aren't going to tell you what they tell me." Zero help at all and completely vile, disrespectful and rude.I saw her treat some other customers with at least a little respect. This was Islamophobia, plain and simple. The other clerk just sat there the whole time, also doing nothing to help. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.Update: We went to a different exchange store this morning and had no issues, we were in and out in 5 minutes, and were actually treated like human beings. There was no issue with the transfer at all. You need new employees.

There is an African American lady in this office that is very rude and disrespectful. We purchased a money order worth 1,543.98 on May 25, 2022 at 8:07:23AM. There is a problem with the money order and this lady will not offer any meaningful help, provide her name or have us talk to a manager. I will like a manager to please reach out.
