The customer service here is not bad at all. They're polite enough to take your important work. Now I'm not imposing my wheel on this currency exchange when I arrive although I would like it if they take my important work into consideration.

I simply don't understand why do these companies hire RUDE people to do a job of professionalism? Bad customer service across the board!!! Rude and angry women (except one of them) for no reason at all. I watch the customers be polite including myself just to get ghetto back.
