The salesperson was very knowledgeable and showed me to the selection that I absolutely loved so far. It's only been a week but everything has been great. Moreover I like the fact that I could go in and get affordable furniture. The delivery guys were very good and said everything up. I will purchase again once purchasing my home.

We were looking for a bed, not too hard or too soft of a mattress. We went to Central Furniture and found a bed that seemed to be just right. Upon arrival, we were met with an unsatisfying experience. The mattress they had sent me was the wrong one and ended up being too soft and squishy. I called them to express my concerns and to further explain the problem but I was met with very unprofessional statements. I was told they would call me back, but they never did.

First time visiting the furniture place & left satisfied. Great customer services! They took their time helping us pick our furniture for our new place & answered every question we had. I would definitely recommend anyone to come visit this location. Definitely worth it!

Every time I come I leave with the best experience. The guys who set up and deliver furniture are very diligent and professional. They leave everything exactly how it is expected. Came here with my cousins and left with my whole house furnished. Definitely recommend!

They delivered a bunk bed and the thing has been falling apart everytime we called they supposed to send somebody and everytime they send someone they just fix one thing but the rest we have to called everytime and they are very rude we paid the bed and now we have so many problems with it

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!WE HAD A CONTRACT AND THEY DIDNT DELIVER MY FURNITURE BUT EXPECTED ME TO PAY FOR IT, WITH INTEREST WHICH ENDED UP BEING 3 TIMES THE COST WHEN I WAS LITERALLY $120 FROM PAYING IT OFF THEY RAISED IT UP $4,000NEVER AGAIN! THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK OR BE ABLE TO JUST PAY THOSE $120!SCAMMERS!! RIPPING OFF HARD WORKING PEOPLE!I NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT!

Zero star he’s a big cheater Do not buy your furniture here worse customer service ever they sold me a sofa set $1499 and the other shop price is $1049 only I called rugilo and said price match he’s screaming on me and I said I don’t want to order sofa u have to canceled it right away he said I can’t canceled it u have to $450 box more u give me then I canceled the order he’s the big cheater I ever seen . And he send me the sofa in the morning and it’s not look same I ordered.
