Staff was really professional and thoughtful. They took care of me and my girlfriend when getting testing done. In and out quickly. If you're looking for a local clinic, I recommend giving Central Clinical Lab a call.

They never sent the lab results to the doctor before the appointment. I called several times and we still have not received the results.

This place is covid waiting to happen. Not only did they lose my 80 year old mothers orders, they lost mine too. Hardly any employees wearing masks. One employee was walking in and out wiping his nose. They NEVER sanitized anything even after i questioned it. The office manager got upset and asked me to leave when i started questioning their mask policy. I was told they get tested everyday so they dont have to wear masks. I am filing an Illinois Department of Commerce complaint. STAY AWAY FROM THIS POTENTIAL COVID EXPOSURE.

No consideration for the patient. My mom was scheduled for a fasting lipid blood test, of which Central was made aware. When they called to schedule they stated that they were coming in the afternoon, not acceptable for a fasting test. Then they called to reschedule, stating that they were trying to reach my mom (a lie) and that they were coming between 9 and 11. Well, they didn't show up and when I called to check they said that they would have someone out by 12. When I asked what happened to the 9 to 11 appointment, I was told that that person "had an emergency ". Guess what idiots, there's an invention called the telephone expressly for the purpose of notifying someone. USE IT!

Yesterday I attempted to contact Central clinical labs as they failed to do the scheduled INR testing ordered by the doctor in February and was told it had been schedule for yesterday with no answer on why it was now 6 weeks (two weeks late). I asked for a approximate time and they said they would get back to me. After 4 hours and receiving no call I called again and was told again someone would call me with a approximate time. Today when I called I was told they did the INR yesterday but failed to contact me as requested and was rudely dismissed. I was also told yesterday by the doctor that they never sent January's results to him and requested they fax them. There seems to be a lack of concern for the patient, MD and the guardian who is only attempting to care for this patient. I am still waiting on a call back from a manager as requested
