If I could give zero star I would definitely do so. Horrible experience. With straight face they tried to charge me money for something didn't work and I returned for check up. Previously I had similar problem with them and I told all of my family and friends to avoid this place and they definitely stayed away from this place. After long time I passed by the store, I saw new faces in the store and I was oh they have new management and I thought they might have changed their way of business but nah. Same old mentality. This time I most leave this comment here. Anybody come across this feedback. Avoid this place at all cost. There are many places on Devon Street you can get your needs. I rest my case

I went in to have the charging port for my Samsung Galaxy S5 replaced. The repair cost about $55, a much better alternative to replacing the whole phone. I have had no problems charging the phone since that time.

Took my IPhone 7 to this store yesterday. Was quoted $65 to replace the screen. Was charged $72 because I paid credit card (would have paid cash) if I was initially told. The phone was shutting down repeatedly. Battery was fully charged when I took it in; they gave me back a battery with 5% charge on it. Stay away from this place.

After several visits i finally decided to write a review for this shop.. Great customer service with knack for getting it right the first time and in a quick fashion.. This is the best spot to get cellphone repair..their prices are absolutely incredible..

The worst of the worst. If they were the only repair shop in the world. It's better we go back to Stone Age. So I brought my iPhone 7 here cause my screen was popping out and I couldn't pop it in. I got there and asked the Pakistani dude if he could fix it. He said. Sure. It's easy. He could do it. I said how much. He said 70. I told him I had just 60. He said fine. I turned to leave and asked him again if it would be 100% perfect. He said yes. And told me to come in one hour time. I got there 2 hours later and bam. They haven't touched it. They said wait for 25 mins. I said. Okay. No problem. 30 mins later this dude brought back my phone with a new screen that was still popping out. I told him that's not the problem and that my screen was perfect. I just needed it tucked in. Well you all all know how thier type behave. Tried to sweet talk me and tell me they can't do it. I threatened to call the cops and and they they spoke their language saying they would glue it and I should come back in 2 hours. I was like. Are you kidding me. I have to go to work. Anyways. I came back. And they brought my phone to me. The glue worked but my home screen button was useless. I told him that it would work and he said that it happens. I was like. Are you bullshitting with me now or what. I got really pissed and told him to fix my old screen back and give me (what I had told the first guy when I brought it in if he couldn't fix it ). He told me that the guy that fixed my phone didn't really know much about phones that's why my home button isn't functional. Like. Are guys for reals. Is this even a thing. I had to wait an extra 30 mins and while I was waiting this dude also brought his phone back claiming his screen popped out. Overall. Please. Don't patronize these guys. They know nothing about phones and they are also extremely rude. Please. Don't go here. Please.
