Dr. Ruiz has been my doctor for many years, he is kind and listens carefully to patients, very kind and attentive,But Dr. Bustamante still hasn't finished telling her what you are going to tell her and she leaves without waiting for me to finish speaking. In 30 seconds she attended to me. I didn't even see her document anything on the computer. The shortest consultation of my life. I had to wait. for the nurse to call her back to finishto explain my discomfort, apart from that new nurse doesn't even understand what one is telling her, I had to explain it several times in a different wayWhat I was telling her, I don't know what's going on with her because she speaks Spanish perfectly.

I got tired of his terrible attention!!!! Extremely unprofessional doctor and staff. This location will be reported to BBB. Dr. undermines patients, and gives prescription medication without explanation, information or instructions. He insults patients and is quick to dismiss them. Absolutely disgusting. There was a reason it was closed the first time.

The worst service, the people in front have a terrible attitude, they change your appointment and notify you a day before, they make a mistake and they want to make it look like it's your fault, don't say that Hector, terrible attitude, I think they need to do something with their front desk staff oh They are going to lose the remaining patients.

The front desk workers are rude. They never have open appointments. They never answer the phone. When they do answer, they’re not helpful. You have a schedule appointment and somehow always have to wait 5+ hours. Im honestly surprised they are still open with their horrible care.

If I could give zero I would. Extremely long waits. Really disrespectful, they talk with you in a way that makes you feel stupid, very condescending. They have curt, cold, and mean bedside manner. It’s a shame. What rude service. Por favor, eviten este lugar. Esta horrible.

They updated the name to Cano Health but same bad service. Today I had an appointment at 1. I showed up 20 minutes early. I did not leave until 4 pm. The place is emptier than it was before but it’s still taking extremely long to get seen. Seriously, what is the point of making an appointment if they don’t honor it?
