We stopped at the Southport corridor store and Sarah and Chris couldn’t have treated us any better ! They were informative , helpful and couldn’t have been nicer .They made us feel comfortable with no pressure . Repeat customer here. Sarah and Chris were very helpful in selecting new mattresses. I never felt pressured to purchase, and they did not attempt to upsell at all. They went above and beyond to make sure I had all the items I needed before I moved into my new home. Extremely satisfied and would highly recommend.

Sarah is so kind, she let us stay after closing to test all the beds. They don't receive commission on their sales, which makes it a much more relaxed shopping experience. Some of the other sales people aren't that friendly, so it might be worth making sure Sarah (store manager) is in before you go. They got our purchase!

Walked in today to compare the foam vs hybrid mattresses. Upon walking into the completely empty store, we were greeted with hostility like we had broken in. We had barely made it 3 feet inside the door when we were asked "What do you need?" in a very hostile tone by the female presenting staff member. A little taken aback, I stated that I wanted to try out the basic mattress. The salesperson spat back "Well which one" as if I was supposed to have a serial number and stock location ready for her. When I mentioned the $995 price point, she said "We don't have that" and started to turn away like we weren't welcome inside any longer. We immediately left and then burst out laughing based on the absurdity of the whole interaction. Why on earth would an internet mattress company open up a brick & mortar store if they aren't going to stock all 5 mattresses they make? I was fully prepared to spend $1500+ on a mattress, but the hostility of the clerk and the lack of ability to try out the full line up meant that I immediately went to Mattress Firm and bought a Sealy Posturepedic for $699 with free delivery from a very nice guy.

Sarah and her team are specialist and responsive. But the company itself is TRASH. Customer service in the Philippines... which we ALL KNOW is an absolute joke. It should not have been this difficult to exchange a, clearly legitimate, product.Thanks for the service, Sarah, but after TWO MATTRESSES, sheets, pillows, weighted blankets, and many others... this will be my last interaction with Casper.DONE.

I love the little houses they have around each mattress that let you try them in peace and comfort alone or with your partner. They don’t rush you. Place is clean and the sound environment is calm. I took off stars because one of the salespeople lied about competitors to try to make the sale. There were two salespeople on a Sunday. One appeared male the other appeared female. The guy was all smiles and had great information. The woman seemed impatient the whole time she worked with us. Then we mentioned the Costco version and asked the difference, she used a lot of strong out breaths that seemed huffy and spoke very fast like she was exasperated, and then gave incorrect information about Costco policies to try to get us to buy from her instead. Maybe she had a bad day, and I can understand not loving having your sales undercut by a Costco option. But there’s no excuse for lying to get the sale.

If 0 star is an option here, I’d definitely go for that. Casper customer service is the worst! you can only pray that Casper won’t mess up with your order, otherwise you’ll end up spending hundreds of hours to make up for Casper’s own mistakes!!!I ordered a queen mattress and an adjustable base about one month ago. However, I received a KING size mattress instead. I’ve been talking with the customer service back and forth about the pick up and return, but they never gave me a specific date and these giant boxes has been sitting on my small apartment for almost two weeks! Yesterday I called the customer service again and they said they “scheduled” the UPS for pickup, but I had to move both items to downstairs which weighed more than 300 lbs. When I moved to the mail room, the UPS person came and told me there was no pickup scheduled and he didn’t have the return label. THERE WAS A HUGE MISCOMMUNICATION BETWEEN CASPER AND UPS!!!!!!Around 1pm CT, I called the customer service again, the agent told me that the label had been created and the UPS would come again. Around 6PM, I checked the mail room and the video footage, the mattress and base were still sitting there and nobody ever came. however, when I called the customer service again, the agent claimed that the UPS already picked them up at 5:40 PM? Why Casper was lying to your customers?? CASPER just admit that YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER AT ALL!!That’s the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Now I’m facing a penalty for placing large items in the mail room for overnight. This is ridiculous!Considering how much money I spent and what I get from Casper, I would highly recommend another mattress brand!!!!!!!!!!!!!
