My husband and I came looking for a new mattress and the team was fantastic. They explained all the different types of mattresses and gave us plenty of time to make a decision. They helped us maximize all the deals we were eligible for. Can’t recommend enough! Aynna in particular was our salesperson and was fantastic in helping us along the way.

My experience purchasing a mattress was amazing from start to finish. Timera was patient and friendly, allowing me to take my time in selecting the right mattress for me. If you are looking for a new mattress, save yourself some time and ask her to help; you will be in great hands.

My first time purchasing a Casper mattress. Price is very decent with the July 4th sale, and the mattress is really comfortable to sleep in. The sales person Aynna at Casper - Fulton Market was very helpful, and explained us the differences between the few different mattresses on display as we tried each one of them. I would highly recommend everyone coming to Casper - Fulton Market to try out their good stuff if you are thinking of getting a new mattress. Customer service at Casper has also been great so far

1) the first mattress was lost and Casper blamed the shipping company and told me to deal with them. I don't understand why they couldn't do it. When I went to file a claim there was the option to do it as the sender so they definitely could've done it. Spend 3000$ and still have to deal with it if it gets lost. Nice one.
2) I was told the mattress protector was required for the sleep trial so I bought a bundle, which they said if I wanted to return something I have to return all the items. Would've been fine with that except they failed to mention the mattress protector and pillows are not refundable. Nice 300$ scam.
3) they are so pushy and say stuff like the sale is ending. I check back a month later and it's even more on sale.
Overall: The mattress was fine but I would not pay that much for it. Leaving review for bad customer service; not trustworthy, not worth the price. They do not have your best interests in mind they just want your money.

Casper mattresses are terrible quality and they do not honor their warranty agreement. I bought a mattress three years ago for almost $3,000. After one year, the mattress began to sag. The sagging is now so bad that it feels like you are sleeping in a hole. I have contacted them multiple times to make a warranty claim and they refuse to respond.

I came in to purchase a mattress during the Black Friday sale and asked the customer service representative if they are able to deliver to my address. She assured me that this was possible. Weeks went by and no update. I followed up only to be told that there was an error in the system and they actually cannot deliver to my address. Not only am I out of a mattress now, I have to pay full price for a replacement. Awful customer service.

I ordered the box springs and it was missing a part for assembly. It’s been several months and even after several calls they still haven’t sent the part needed.

Customer service at this Fulton Market location has been 5 star. We've been in twice and made sure to order directly from the store to give them credit for being kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. We actually had an issue and a crummy experience with calling in to Casper's customer service, but when I went into the store they resolved everything and made things easy. Tamara & Ayanna originally helped us but everyone I've come into contact with have been great! So helpful to see and feel big purchases like this in person versus ordering online.

Just wanted to note how continuously pleased with the level of customer service at this location I am. Thomas and his team have been great since Day 1, but when my partner and I had an issue with our adjustable base Thomas was on it! He was so helpful getting us what we needed. Also, big kudos to Fernando at Customer Support who was SO communicative and helpful throughout the process. We’ll stay Casper customers and continue to recommend to our friends because of how great this team is!

If 0 star is an option here, I’d definitely go for that. Casper customer service is the worst! you can only pray that Casper won’t mess up with your order, otherwise you’ll end up spending hundreds of hours to make up for Casper’s own mistakes!!!I ordered a queen mattress and an adjustable base about one month ago. However, I received a KING size mattress instead. I’ve been talking with the customer service back and forth about the pick up and return, but they never gave me a specific date and these giant boxes has been sitting on my small apartment for almost two weeks! Yesterday I called the customer service again and they said they “scheduled” the UPS for pickup, but I had to move both items to downstairs which weighed more than 300 lbs. When I moved to the mail room, the UPS person came and told me there was no pickup scheduled and he didn’t have the return label. THERE WAS A HUGE MISCOMMUNICATION BETWEEN CASPER AND UPS!!!!!!Around 1pm CT, I called the customer service again, the agent told me that the label had been created and the UPS would come again. Around 6PM, I checked the mail room and the video footage, the mattress and base were still sitting there and nobody ever came. however, when I called the customer service again, the agent claimed that the UPS already picked them up at 5:40 PM? Why Casper was lying to your customers?? CASPER just admit that YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER AT ALL!!That’s the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Now I’m facing a penalty for placing large items in the mail room for overnight. This is ridiculous!Considering how much money I spent and what I get from Casper, I would highly recommend another mattress brand!!!!!!!!!!!!!
