It was a very disappointing and disheartening experience. I fully expected my homeowner's insurance and agent to assist me with either my claim or filing claims with those who are responsible. This was the first claim I had ever had to file, I was terrified. My upstairs neighbor's toilet and shower leaked into my unit's bathroom damaging and ruining the shower, tiling, drywall, ceiling, etc. As a result, I was displaced from my condo, and still am, because I only have one bathroom. Allstate quickly denied my claim, didn't investigate, wouldn't help with speaking to other parties involved to assist me in the process, and then my agent flat out told me that she couldn't help because she just "sold insurance".

Never returns emails or calls, the worst agent I have ever had. Sits on her butt and collect on renewals, no service. Gets paid for nothing. Moved my business to State Farm, any other insurance is better than this one.

A final blow was NOT being informed the agent was no longer with Allstate. After some difficulty I was referred to this office.Suddenly a complete change in my experience.The office staff, Sharon & Liuba, are prompt and efficient in dealing with any inquiries. Their communication is clear. When told when they would call back, they follow through exactly. They listen. Understand my concerns.My policy was reviewed. Any and all discounts clarified without painful interrogation. Advantages & disadvantages of levels of coverage explained. It may not be the cheapest coverage, but it is the best for what is provided.Everything was made easy. Simple. Painless.I have yet to speak directly to Ms. Mihaila. The manner in which her office staff handle inquiries have made it unnecessary.I highly recommend Ms. Mihaila and this office to anyone seeking a better auto insurance agent experience.
